Technicians and office people are great, but be careful if you cant or dont want to use them for a year; they use a year long user agreement and may not say so, and there is a cancellation fee to stop using them early.

If I could give less stars I would. Im absolutely disgusted at Terminxs lack of professionalism and customer service. In fact its down right embarrassing. I will be getting my money back and will never do business with them again. The way you treated me is an exact representation of the company and its leadership.

Two appointments, both no call no shows, 5 calls to the company and no manager call back. Awful company.
