They have great a design service but when I send them my own artwork, they check it for errors and quality. They make suggestions based on how the product is going to be used and the end goal. International Minute Press of Gilbert is nothing short of amazing. My company’s charitable foundation had a home dedication for a house we built for a wounded Veteran in Gilbert. The other materials had an “unexpected delay” two days before the event that caused the other vendor to deliver them the week after the event. I am on a team of 13 realtors and are rated number one in AZ so needless to say we spend a lot on marketing . We try to help out small local businesses in Gilbert first, even though we can get better deals out of state but that doesnt always work out and this is one company we regret giving the chance to.I ordered some sign riders and the owner misunderstood my order and proceeded without out confirming . I pointed out the mistake and he insisted on charging the additional 6.50 even after I told him he will lose all business and referrals that I had already gave him but did not seem to care . They do decent work but be cautious of nickel and dime tactics and confirm all pricing before proceeding. A decision to lose thousands of dollars of work for 6.50 speaks largely to the owners character. Be cautious before proceeding .

Just an awesome experience. I purchased business cards and fliers from another International Minute Press and although they offered great printed products, the customer service was atrocious. I reached out to International Minute Press Gilbert and will never deal with another printing company. Not only are they a pleasure to do business with, they were less expensive than other locations.

Having recently relocated to the East Valley from out of state, I was on my way to FedExOffice {Kinkos} to have my resume updated in anticipation of securing local employment. Heading North on Gilbert Rd as I approached Houston Ave I glanced to my left and saw a printing shop behind H&R Block.I decided to turn in and see if they could help and I was very happy that I did!! The entire staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and most importantly highly skilled in their craft. JP patiently reformatted my entire resume, taking care that everything was perfect. Dave Rindfleisch, who I believe is the owner, took time to say hello and verify that my visit was exceptional in every way.Its really nice to patronize a local business where they treat you like real people instead of national chain establishments where you are just another number walking through the door.
