A lovely lady, Kim, assisted me in a search for hair! She explained the different types of wigs and toppers. She gave my fiend and I plenty of time to look over the large selections and various turbans, hats and wraps. I settled in a topper and turban wraps. She styled it to fit me and trimmed the bangs to suit me. I would highly recommend and felt the price very reasonable. Thank Kim for your special gift and working with us.

I went shopping with my mom, who was searching for a wig to wear on vacation this summer. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, the store is neatly organized, and they offered a variety of styles.Kim helped my mom find the perfect piece. She tried on two that were nice but not “the one”, then Kim brought over a third option that fit just right! Perfect style and color that was exactly what my mom had been searching for. Meanwhile, Shim showed me the various hair accessories the store offers and showed me easy styles that I could wear with them. I have a wedding to attend this fall and i’ll definitely be back to have them help me pick out some hair clips.

I live 4 hours from Gilbert but on my most recent trip in for medical treatments, I found this beautiful, clean, professional shop. This shop will be my stop for anything related to my wig. I had an older wig, and Kim did a fantastic job of listening to my concerns, trimming the damaged synthetic hair, and she worked with me to find a 2nd wig that fit my small head perfectly and under my budget. Susie’s Wigs has an amazing selection of both natural and synthetic wigs. I purchased one of each. Kim was very helpful with wig selection and she did an amazing job cutting, texturizing and styling both wigs to achieve a look that very closely matched my natural hair. I decided to go in because of seeing all the great reviews. I walked in, was greeted as the woman was walking away, looked around the store a bit and noticed that there were two employees working. I continued looking around for about 10 minutes. Not once did either of them ask if I had questions or needed help. I would’ve loved to get a wig or something to help with my thinning hair and bald spots, but was extremely disappointed in their customer service experience. I’ll go to United Beauty on Country Club instead.

I saw a lady at my dentists office the other day. I liked her haircut so asked her where she had her hair cut. Then she showed me it was a wig. It looked so natural. She gave me Susies Wig business card. I could not wait to go visit there. From the beginning to the end they were so helpful and let me try putting on different wigs with different color. So I decided to buy one. I asked the lady if she could trim the ends that were bit too long and she did a nice job. We visited Suzies Wigs in Gilbert a little over a week ago to purchase a wig for my sister that is undergoing chemo. The service provided by Kim was excellent. She helped us select a variety of chemo wigs to try and once my sister selected her wig of choice, Kim fitted it for her. The wigs are quality and looked rather real to us. I had been to other wig stores before I found Susies. I have now been a customer at Susies for 7 years. Hair loss, whatever the reason, is a sensitive issue to deal with. I did not know what to expect when I first went in to the store. The staff was welcoming and wonderful and were able to answer all my questions. Rose was seemed to instinctively know which one was perfect one for me and I was amazed at the difference it made. Susies shampoos and sets my wigs for me on a regular basis. When the Covid 19 shut the businesses down, I contacted Kim. She was able to continue the shampoo and sets. She has gone above and beyond to help. I have never frequented a business where the customer service has consistently been this excellent. I sincerely recommend Susies to anyone that would need help with thinning hair.

Wow, what a wonderful feeling walking out of Susies Wigs with my new look!! I am 64 years old and have been struggling with thinning hair on my crown and forehead area. Went into Susie’s looking for a wig for the first time. First impression was great. The store has a large selection, very nice interior, and friendly informative staff. I thought I needed a wig but apparently I have too much hair for one right now...something that was nice to hear. I ended up purchasing a topper which was suggested by a Susie employee. I feel really great in it because it covers in just the right place where my hair was thinning. It also gives me some extra volume and the most important part is that it looks natural. Eventually I’ll purchase a full wig but I’m very satisfied with this option as I’m able to incorporate my existing hair for now. I really appreciate the honesty of the staff and will be returning very soon.

A couple weeks back my aunt and I went searching for a wig to gift a family member with alopecia, knowing shed be delighted. The selection was enormous and a kind woman was very helpful as she led us through the different styles and gave us a very thorough rundown of all they offered. I found out about this wig shop through the nurse that was treating me through my chemo therapy and mentioned that she had a separate patient go to this store to find a wig that seemingly fit her so well. I decided to give it a shot since my hair was such an integral part of who I was and was nervous to initially step in. Although, suddenly I had this young lady approach me when entering the store and she had such a warm greeting to give me, it felt as if weve known each other for years and we were friends rekindling from high school. The customer service at this establishment was way past my expectations. Kim was the name of the lady that both greeted me and helped me and the second she placed me in front of the vanity and after explaining and showing what my hair used to look like and what I wanted my wig to look like she immediately found a style that described what I wanted and the color that matched my complexion. The second she placed that wig on me and styled it and I turned around to see myself in the mirror I almost broke into tears. She gave me a feeling that came similar to me winning a million dollars. I was so ecstatic that I even hugged Kim after decided that the wig she picked for me was the one I wanted. I highly recommend if you ever come to this store to speak with Kim cause she will know what youre looking for. Plus, if all this wasnt enough for you, the prices of the wigs are incredibly reasonable. WOW!!! Thank you Susies Wigs and thank you Kim, I am sure to return.

Worst service EVER!!! When I showed her a picture online of a wig I was looking for similar in her store she showed me a wig and then told me the cheaper ones are online and walked away. I didnt say anything about money to her. Dont recommend this place at all. Very very very RUDE!! I guess I wasnt the right stage of chemo for her. STAY AWAY!!

I went to Susies yesterday, sad and distraught, as I was just diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. The owner and the hair stylist were wonderful. They were kind and very knowledgeable. I went in looking for a wig and she pick one right away that matches my hair.I started losing my hair after a big spine surgeries back to back only 9 months apart. Best experience ever! Susie and staff treated me with kindness, patience, answered all of my questions and changed my life. When I walked out of Susies I look about 10 years younger and the look is natural. Life is a wonderful gift, however with everyday stresses it can take a toll on the body. I lost the volume in my hair and was using several spray on products etc. to disguise the thinning. I tried on several different hair options at Susies Wigs...and purchased a human hair topper. It is nice and cool and blends into my own hair. Its fun to have bangs again and I honestly say I love it. Please take my advice and treat yourself to visit to Susies Wigs and get your volume back! You only live once! Enjoy it!!

EDITED TO ADD:I handled the situation poorly and should have reached out. They called almost immediately and our situation was taken care of better than I ever could have expected. Donna is fabulous!! Love them and her!!!My 13 year old was recently diagnosed with Alopecia areata. We didn’t know anything about wigs, but based on good reviews went here. We felt good about our experience until getting her wig colored to match her hair. After spending $2,300 on a wig we found out that this wig that was styled straight was actually a curly wig, my daughter has straight hair. Also, this color wasn’t one of the colors that’s meant to be dyed. We also found out they didn’t trim the lace for us, we didn’t know it needed to be trimmed. They didn’t take time to teach us how to properly care for the wig, how to get it secured to my daughters head, or much else.We were clear when we went in that we knew nothing and needed to be taught and guided and left thinking we had been. Unfortunately we were wrong and it was a $2,300 mistake.

The staff at Susie’s Wigs worked very hard to ensure my mother was not only happy with the piece she bought, they made it fun for her. Kevin and Susie have fun personalities. For a first time wigger, these kind people made this process comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you guys!

Big selection of wigs the lady that was at the counter didnt even acknowledge me when I came in I had to wait and ask her to help me. After trying on four different wigs . I let her know that I didnt have my credit card on me and that I need to discuss with my boyfriend which one to get and that I would be back tomorrow. Thats when she told me that she is going to charge me $2 for every wig that I tried on. So you mean to tell me I had to pay this woman $8 for her to do her job. What a insult. I even brought my own stocking cap so I didnt have to use theirs.I told her they need to inform people of that when they first come into the door instead of after they have tried them on and there should be a sign at the door.i paid her but, I wont be going back

Dina helped me with my personal styling which was a nice experience, and Susie even cut and styled my Moms wig just to be sure she was happy with her first wig! I have an upcoming brain surgery and will have to have my head shaved. Within minutes of entering the store, an attendant helped me to find a wig that so closely resembled my own coloring and cut that even my children and husband didn’t notice I was wearing it when I came home. It was also more comfortable than any wig I have previously worn.

They are beyond helpful. I was looking for a pastel pink but they found me an amazing blue. They could probably tell it was my first time wearing one. They taught me how to put it on. Ill be back again!
