I own a rental home in Gilbert and needed to replace out the old builders grade shower enclosure in the master bath I phoned 3 local glass places and Nelson was the most responsive. Came out, measured, quoted and measured again. Install went perfectly. No drama! Couldnt be more pleased.

Needed to replace a old shower. I had no idea how much. After I was quoted a price at an extremely reasonable price, I was almost sceptical. But, wow! The guys that came to install were courteous, professional, and listened to my wants and needs. I highly recommend them!

Office lady hung up the phone on me. Offered only one appointment time before saying I wasnt trying to let them do the work. Came out to my house 5 hours before the scheduled time. Broke a window and left it completely uncovered for hours while they left the house for my pets to escape and our cooling bill to increase. Avoid if at all possible.

I am unhappy with their service.35x47 peice of untempered class w polished edges ordered.1. I asked them to confirm by measuring the correct measurment on my peice before I came out to pick it up and they did not want to do it. They said it was labelled with those measurements.2 The glass comes completely open with nothing covering it and it is dirty.3. Once home and cleaned there were scratches on it.4. There remedy was to bring it back and they could try to repair it or would have to order new one.5. I explained the difficulties of bringing it back in the Kia Soul I picked it up in asked if they could just give me a discount on it and I could send pics of scratches.6. The attitude of the representative led me to end the conversation and tell them I would just put it in the review.7. I paid for the glass and picked it up and they wanted me to pay more with my energy, my time, my money (with the time, gas and helper needed) to cover their product defect. If I could not have lived with the scratches, I would have had to have done that, maybe having to do a third trip if they had to reorder it. Otherwise I would have to buy another elsewhere.8. Personally I would have been happy to give someone a discount to remedy such a situation.This is glass! GLASS

Nelson glass was so professional. I just moved to the area , they came out assessed my windows, had a quote for me the next day and it was well below other quotes I had been given. The job was seamless and done in about two weeks. There is nothing rude about this company, from office to the men that came out they were great. I highly recommend this company.

I dropped off a bedroom window for a home we were preparing to sell. I was told it would be ready to pick up in 4-6 business days. After about 12 business days I stopped waiting and called. They had no record of my order, although I had signed papers. The office staff tried to convince me that perhaps I dropped it off at a different glass company. I insisted that they look through their workshop and described the window. The found it with no notes or orders about it. No one had any idea whether it was in process and the glass had been ordered or not. They called back and let me know the glass would be in soon and theyd prioritize it. I reminded them that we were putting our house on the market in a matter of days. It still took another week for me to get a call that the glass was supposed to come in the next day (Tuesday) and they would put it in immediately and call me to pick it up. I was told on Tuesday that it was not ready. I called again on Thursday and was told that the glass was in and they would install it immediately for me. (Immediately would have been as soon as the glass arrived...) Here we are three weeks later - 19 business days as opposed to the 4-6 I was told. Things happen. Papers get shifted. People drop the ball for various reasons. The staff has been kind and friendly, but still this has delayed our process of putting our house on the market and cost us additional electric expenses to be cooling our home with a window missing for three weeks!

AMAZING COMPANY! Ive dealt with many industrial companies during my life, professionally and personally. This place ROCKS! My window broke in my home - decent sized window actually. Had to tape it up so it didnt fall to pieces on anyone, especially my son.Called 5 different places, spoke to 3 of 5, 2 of those 3 quoted my window the same but never followed up or Asked for my Business - didnt seem to care.However, Nelson Glass expressed interest in earning my business, and theyre a LOCAL BUSINESS (support local, people!) - they quoted my window just under the other two, but followed up with emails and phone calls like any service business should do.They ordered my glass, called when it came in to schedule, their guys were here on time to install - very courteous and polite (exceptionally polite, actually)... they installed the window in record time, it was clean and free of handprints - everything matched the two adjacent windows perfectly, and they thanked me for the business.Not to say price is everything, but they even came in under their own quote when done... HOWEVER - Id recommend them even if they were slightly more than competitors simply because I love being treated like a valued customer.Good Job, guys!

I had scheduled an appointment to get my shower measured for a glass surround. The tech came out and was very nice. He told me someone would call me in a day or two with a quote. Six days later I called to follow up as I had not heard from anyone. The receptionist was very helpful. She apologized and said that someone would contact me the next day. Two days later I called back because I had again not heard from anyone. Again the receptionist was very friendly and said the person I needed to speak to was on the phone and I would receive a call back from him when he was off. Five hours later I called back and canceled my quote. I was very frustrated with this process. It seems like a terrible way to do business.

Nelson Glass is fantastic! I highly recommend this company. I had Apache Glass put in a glass shower enclosure for me and have had multiple problems.....with a lot of really bad customer service. I finally have had enough and called Nelson Glass who fixed the Glass Shower enclosure right the first time with a professional attitude and great customer service. Cori was awesome as well!

I dont know for sure how many years I have been using Nelson Glass to replace windshields in my personal vehicles and vehicles that I was driving for the companies I worked for. It has probably been as long as I have been in Arizona, 19 years. I could not count how many windshields off hand they have replaced for me, however, it is likely easily more than a dozen. Each and every time, the office staff has professionally assisted me with insurance claims and getting me on their schedule, their technicians have come when they have said they would be there, their technicians have been professional and friendly, and I have had no issues with the new windshields. Im having another one replaced tomorrow.Just as a side note, although I have the same last name, Nelson, there is no immediate family relationship. If there is a common Nelson in our family lines, it is generations back, and I am not aware of it. So my review is not based on them being family.

Had a small job of 2 pieces of glass cut and beveled. They got the job done quick and were extremely friendly. Showroom leaves a lot to be desired but the people were great.
