I highly recommend this group and can’t say enough wonderful things about it. The information presented and the group experience are extremely helpful in understanding grief and loss and its impact on us. Group members learn skills to move beyond the pain. The facilitators, Shane and Terri, are knowledgeable, compassionate and genuine. I felt comfortable and unconditionally accepted. This group is a life changer!

The once-a-week, 8-week-long Grief Recovery class was a God-send to me. My loving husband of 44 years died one week after the class began. His death was expected and peaceful.I initially thought the class was going to be about helping me get through the grief of losing him, but I soon discovered that I, guided by the expert teaching, care, and compassion of the instructors, Terri and Shane, I could move on. My classmates and I learned how to bring forward and heal deep unresolved issues (baggage) from our whole lifetimes.This method was true recovery, unlike the many years I had spent in psycho-therapy. I call it Fast-Track Therapy of the best, most healing, most enlightening, most permanent kind.I am so grateful for all that the Grief Recovery Class has done for me, and I highly recommend it, and Terri and Shane as instructors, for anyone seeking a happier and more peaceful life ahead.
