Worked there all of covid was awesome until they changed the commision structure increased it you have to sell 2000 a day just to hit 100% goal and if you dont hit that might as well work customer service but thankful for supporting me through covid

(1) highest prices among the industry, supposedly justified by 24/7 support. But support is not there at all. When you call in, the call center agents are required to try and sell you something at any cost. Thats their only job. Meet their metrics to make a commission. Actual support and billing departments have been eliminated.(2) most products can be found elsewhere for a substantially lessor price. You may not have support via telephone (sales, not really support), but you really dont need that over priced support. Unless you want to purchase more products.(3) skip the youtube commercials (bogus). Since the IPO, customer service at Godaddy is extremely poor. They prey on stimulus checks.

Customer service and loyalty have definitely gone down the drain over the years. Sure miss when they were down the street and actually cared about their customers. After 18 years we are moving on.

Is this Godaddy the hosting/domain provider? if so, Customer Service is extremely bad! I bought a domain. then, a month later I bought the hosting on Black Friday for my website. A salesman said: the design is on sale if I buy 3 years of hosting. I did that.They promised me to finish the website in 1 week. they took almost 3 weeks to finish it. customer service was lying everything I was calling. they were saying No worries, at the end of this day your website will be done they said that many times. I asked so many times to talk to a manager. I never talked to one.Also, I asked I want to buy the online store for my website, they said no worries the only store is included in your package. Again, another lie. the online store was not included. now Im trying to call again but it takes hours to call them. I have wasted so many hours call them!extremely bad service!I WONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.Sincerely

The absolute most expensive place to buy a Domain name in USA. Terrible service, and expensive. At least 6 or 8 better places online to buy a domain and hosting. Avoid this place.

If you are a used car salesman at a buy here pay here lot. THIS is a good job for you. Its not about helping people its about cramming as much as you can on their ticket so you get paid more whether they need it or not.

What a great place. Good people working there. Met a wonderful young lady there. Shouldnt say her name, Mechael Miller. But, everyone there was great. It appears to be an incredible place to work. GoDaddy does so much more than I thought.

Not that I dislike GoDaddy, but the support I received was definitely not worth the hold time.

I have used them for over 15 years for over 150 clients without too many issues. The last few years, the customer service has just plummeted, the servers are down more often and the prices have climbed. They are no longer the same company at all. The people who perform the customer service are extremely friendly, but largely unwilling to help when there are atypical issues or problems. Im increasingly frustrated and more and more I am steering clients away from their services. Tonights customer service call pretty much sealed it for me. From now on, I will be going to a different provider and starting new clients elsewhere. Ive been loyal for 15 years and tonight there was NO help on a call when I really needed it the most - and when I asked the GoDaddy Customer Service Rep to escalate the issue and ask for help, I was told that was not possible. I wonder how long I would be in business if I told my clients that answer.

Used to be a great company to work for until they got bought out. Gradually the old unofficial motto of do the right thing faded from memory and the sole focus became making every department as profitable as possible, usually at the expense of product quality, customer experience and employee well-being. In the nearly a decade I worked there I watched them go from an innovative company that was changing the global market for small businesses to the Walmart of hosting companies. I would not be surprised if the company was sold off and gutted in the next few years. If you are wise you will avoid working here or doing business with them.

Decent place to work, expect to sell in whatever position you work. Only a few supervisors are helpful and knowledgeable and not much room to advance. Good benefits and pay.

This is the most arrogant hosting company. If you want a reliable and trustworthy hosting company, this is not the company. We got burned by this company and they keep piling on you to buy more and spend more. They are like a pyramid scheme and will suck $$ every chance they get.

They kept charging my papal for products I never used. They admit it but never refunded all money for 12 months. Very unprofessional tech support. They trying to upsell instead of helping to solve an issue. They claimed my site was hacked but I went through several third party security checks and they confirmed that godaddy had an issues with their service.

Absolutely deplorable service. I have a new domain and website off of godaddy, so I forwarded the godaddy domain to the new domain. It doesnt work on any device, or friends devices, on any network.Godaddy support says everything is fine, it may take time. I have contacted them 4 times over the last two weeks. finally today I spent 90 minutes arguing with support asking them to check from my end. they keep saying theres no problem.I have run a tracert.exe command to my old domain (forwarded) and it is not forwarded. it goes to the same ip as it always has. which is inaccessible.godaddy will not provide a refund, and they are not providing any service besides blocking a transfer of my domain because I changed contact information.dont go near these guys.

GoDaddy Gilbert is more of a strait laced call center then its wilder Tempe brother but its still a great place to work and renovations are coming

Do NOT use this company unless you want to be woken up at all hours, they sold my number, ive been receiving nonstop spam texts, as late as 11pm EST, over 37 spam calls a day on my cell phone, thankfully my email has been filtering out the spam...worst decision I have made in my entire life. Stay away.

CHEATERS!!!!CHEATERS!!!! Ive been using these guys for years, over 10 years at least!! Now it seems that now they are SCAMMING CUSTOMERS with items that they automatically throwing in your cart, and use trickery to bill you on auto renewal, i never ordered the services they billed me for, when i spoke with a manager Nick, he said they emailed me a reciept. I told him i no longer have the email address on file and updated it a long time ago. He said well too bad, I told him the only way I knew about the charge was my credit card statement, he said well too bad. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS??? This is a scam if I ever saw one!!!! EMPLOYEES ARE LEAVING ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF GOOGLES TOS. SHADY!!!

The campus is large and looks clean from the outside. The parking lot is fairly well lit, with one patrolling security guard. Go Daddy itself has poor business practices and Im very unsatisfied wulith the company.
