Lance returned my call promptly and told me what he thought was wrong with my printer. I followed Lances instructions and the problem was gone. Lance was honest and ethical. He told me that he thought it was an easy fix and he didnt want to come out and charge me if it was something I could take care of on my own. I will definitely recommend Laser Specialists and Lance to anyone that has a printer issue.

My Old HP broke down on A Friday afternoon. I found LS on Google and made a call. Lance arranged for pick up on the next Monday AM. I had my printer back by end of day. Great service and personnel. Nathan was awesome with the repair. It Doesnt get any better that this. Guys thanks so much!

Had an issue with my HP printer and called. Spoke with Lance and he gave me the fix and said to call back if it didnt work. A 2 minute phone call and a few minutes of my time to fix and it is working perfectly again!! I cant tell you how happy I am and this was a free fix for me. I am a 1-person small business. I became aware of Laser Specialists a few years ago when I was considering the purchase of an all-in-one copier/scanner. Lance graciously took the time to discuss my options with me. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and truth in products. I have used him ever since to maintain my current printer. He and his staff provide a GREAT! service.

I have used Laser Specialists several times in the last couple of years. I have had many issues with toner/ink and repair, and they have been very quick to schedule me, diagnose the problem, and make the repairs. They are straightforward about everything they do, and I have appreciated their honesty. Not only are they highly knowledgeable, but they are personable as well. They are very easy to work with. They have been very accommodating with my crazy schedule and varied needs, and I highly recommend them. I wouldnt go anywhere else for office supply service!

I have been doing business with laser specialists for 15 years. Their refilled cartridges have always worked well and were cheaper that other places that I called. I have purchased 3 rebuilt printers and have been very pleased with all three. The refilled cartridges come with more toner than the original ones for less than the new price. I get many more copies from the refills. This is one of the few companies I have never had a problem with and am happy to write a well deserved review.

Just finished speaking with Lance at Laser Specialists and have never been this impressed when conducting business over the phone. Lance was very personable, knowledgeable, and honest! He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone and gave me his honest opinion and advice that DID NOT include his best interests, but mine! Laser Specialists were more than qualified to complete a repair on a damaged laser printer of mine but Lance pointed out that it would not be cost effective or in my best interest to have the repair done. He then gave me his expert opinion and suggestions of great deals on replacement printers (NOT FROM HIM) that were in my price range and would fulfill all of my needs.Thanks Lance!

Any hardware malfunction during tax season is a major catastrophe. When my printer needed help I was so thankful that a friend referred me to Lance and Laser Specialists. His excellent service was prompt and affordable.

My brand new laptop would not print consistently to my 7-year old laser printer. After much frustration and way too much unproductive time, I knew I needed help from a Pro. Went to Best Buys help desk and was told that I just needed to buy a new printer because mine was too old. Disappointed, I came home to do my research. I decided to call Lance at LSI. I told him my problem and asked if he had any refurbished printers. He said they did have some printers, but thought perhaps their computer technician could come out and fix it. He did! It works!
