Enough us enough! I have been coming here for 8 years and while some of the staff is newer there are still familiar faces. Someone needs to re-evaluate the training these employees have received. For example - 9 times out of 10, after standing in line for 5 minutes or more - with ONE person ahead of me!! While preparing to pay for my purchase, allmost all of the different staff members (on separate occasions of course) look at me like a deer in headlights before they finally realize that they need to hit a button to allow me to use my card. This is honestly just the tip of the iceberg in my opinion. There seems to be a lack of hustle, consideration for others time, and efficiency in this staffs training. I have honestly put back my items far to many times in previous visits after waiting almost 10+ min in line while being backed up to the entrance. This is not convenient but a prime location in my commute. It would be one thing if the staff would acknowledge the wait, however instead I have left feeling like the inconvenience far too many times!I mean nothing other than constructive criticism, please do what you will with this information. However I will be going taking my business elsewhere.

Live in the neighborhood, most of the time only one employee. Lines are always very long. I will start driving to quick trip.

Every morning I used to come in and get iced tea before work but ever since they got the new manager ( who doesnt seem to care about the place at all) there is never iced tea made! Ive asked nicely many times if they could make it in the morning but he just doesnt seem to care so now I go to a different location.

Older lady is so sweet. Made my day.

This might be the worst gas station in the valley. The clerks are rude and cannot do their jobs, and something is always broken. I drive 5 minutes out of my way to avoid this gas station. You should too

Tried to reload a card here. When I was waiting in line I saw the customer in front of me storm off agitated with the old lady behind the counter, didnt think much of it until I got to the counter. Asked her to reload a card for me. She said she had never seen the card before. I told her I get it reloaded at circle ks often... she asked me how do they do it? I told her well Im not really sure what process takes place on the other side of the counter, but I believe it should be just like loading any other card... she said so they didnt tell you how to do it? Once again I said no, why would they? I asked if the guy behind the other counter would know how to do this, and she simply refused to even ask. Said she has worked there for seven years, so she would know better than anyone and therefore REFUSED to even consider asking if the other employee could help... Im leaving this interaction pretty annoyed. Cant help but wonder if the guy in front of me had a similar experience? Lol

Always have had a good experience at this location!! Every morning I am away to work to get my coffee or every evening when I stop in to get lottery or whatever I may want

Best Circle K staff in the Valley.So when if first started coming to this location I had some of the same horror stories that I have read in the reviews.But upon frequenting this location I truly enjoy seeing Al, Dave, Josh, Lori, Miss E, Lem, Kyle, even the new people are great.The store is being upgraded as of this date and yes you might get in a conversation with a clerk but I’ll take that over people who treat you like trash.Maybe sometimes it’s not about where your at but who you know.#Cheers

I stop here almost every morning for coffee and like the morning staff. I don’t usually go there in the afternoon so I don’t know the daytime staff but when I stopped this afternoon to get a bag of ice the lady working there named Helen was very rude, when I asked her if they had any ice left when she could’ve just given me a simple no instead she had an attitude from the start. Probably won’t be going back to this Circle K.

The nice lady tonight was so helpful. To bad the daytime workers are not like her. She did her best to fix the hot chocolate machine but it was really broken. The store wasnt busy so while she tried to repair it we chatted. This store is lucky to have her. I,didnt catch her name but that place was so clean unlike the store closer to my home. I,will now make that my late night stop

Love how they are all super friendly and manager is on top of stocking cups!

The two ladies that primarily work there don’t really care about speedy service. Multiple times I have seen them finish their conversation before helping others.

Nice people working here and a good variety of junk food.

I have been going to this Circle K for years, but I dont think I will be anymore. The elderly lady that works the register is extremely rude almost every time I go into her line. Just today, she claims to have said, How are you?, but I did not hear her. When I didnt reply she rudely stated, You should go back to school and learn how to talk. She acts like this towards all of her customers. If you go here expect an unpleasant encounter with this woman.

Outside was nice and clean and so was store overall but the sodaarea and ice dispensers not clean.

I had come in here after getting off of work and i l needed to buy another juul starter kit because i lost my juul and said that was what i needed and gave my legal state issued ID and the clerk was confused and so i said “the actual juul itself” and then she was still confused and then denied me business and stated it was because “you don’t even know what it is you want.” Went to the lovely circle k by downtown gilbert by dutch bros and they told me that I cannot be denied if i am of legal age, which I am. This lady was very short with me and i’m seriously thinking of filing a corporate complaint because of how simply rude she was. after she denied me i continued trying to explain and then she cuts me off and says “nope it’s too late i’ve already denied you.” absolutely terrible customer service, i will not ever be returning to this location.

Over half the soda fountains were not working.

Overnight guy seemed like he had no interest in being there
