As an introspective and cautious person I decided to make the commitment to work with Kate because I felt stuck in my business of 16 years. I felt like the same old patterns and issues kept resurfacing and I was not able to envision how to change. This conference was amazing! 5/2/18I had the privilege of meeting Kate & attending counseling sessions for a year.My life was shattered after losing my wife to Cancer & I was deeply depressed. I became an empty shell of the man I used to be. I realized that I needed professional help & found Kate to be the best counselor in the profession. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Kate when I did. As a lifelong sufferer of anxiety and depression I had come to a point where I was at an all-time low and was starting to feel like I was destined to feel the way I did for the rest of my life. Kate has become an essential part of my life. Not just for her coaching but for her ability to get right to the bones of what your feeling. I first saw Kate a little less than a year ago. I was very depressed and had no sense of control over my life. Fate brought Kate to me in a dire time of need although I had no idea I even needed her. I had just moved to AZ from SC with no family or friends and immediately separated from my husband after the move. I was with two children, no job, no support network.
