I called with an inquiry regarding automobile upholstery repair. The Woman on the phone was very pleasant and requested a photo of the work to be performed. I sent the photo and never received a response. Then I called back a few days later and spoke to a man and he told me that he would have the woman email me in the next day or two regarding my questions and I still havent received a email from them. Very Poor Customer Service!

Unique Upholstery has been serving the valley with great customer service for many years. Competitors dont appreciate the quality work and great prices so they troll and post false bad reviews. I dont work for Unique but I can vouch for the quality. Check out their website or just show up and look at all the cars. Theres a reason why theyve been around so long and people keep coming back.

I was moving cross country from Ohio to CA and passing through Phoenix when my cars (BMW) headliner completely fell apart - I called several places in the area and the guys at Unique Upholstery immediately told me that they could work me in same day despite that they had a full schedule. Their estimate was lower than the other shops. As soon as I pulled in and saw the cars they worked on (high quality classic cars) and took a look at their shop it was very evident these guys were pros. I also asked if there was any way my seat which had a few tears in the leather could also be repaired. By the end of the day when I picked my car back up they had come in under budget, amazing quality work, and both my seat and headliner were like brand new. They even were able to diagnose my dash light issues, which saved me $$ avoiding the dealership. Extremely professional, skilled, and the only place I would ever bring my cars for upholstery work. Great job, thanks for helping me out!

They tore down my 1 year old Denali front seats and replaced the foam and installed a diamond stitched suede insert that not only look great, but now I can enjoy driving my truck with comfortable seats. I highly recommend their work.

Professional works. Had great experience with these guys in Scottsdale before they moved. They only take voicemail, so 6ou need to be patient. Clean and friendly staff.
