I made a mistake by following reviews about this company. I spoke with Daniel their sales representative last week and had, what I thought was policy approvals for my autos, home and umbrella, and Daniel advised me that he would call me Monday at 9 AM to set up payment. Not only did Daniel not call me it took me all day Monday to complete and pay for my insurance. Then I found out that only my auto insurance was approved not my home and umbrella polices. I paid for all three but only was able to purchase auto from Progressive insurance after I paid for all three.It just goes to show you that you cant depend on reviews it all comes down to service and so far this service at the company is not good.

Safe Street has had our business for around 4 years. About 3 years ago we had a house flood while we were out of town. They were able to help us get everything sorted and understand our coverage. Just last week, we needed to update our info for the credit union we have our car loan through.
