I had a membership... Had credits, was told they would not expire.was unable to book due to their schedule. the BO said they would call to aid... never called. :( Hard to get appointments, not friendly office /desk staff. still waiting in a call a couple years later.

Would have given zero stars if I could have. My wife bought a couples massage in January for my birthday, then when she called to schedule it they didnt have any openings until three months later so we scheduled it. When we went in today for our scheduled massage they only had one of us scheduled for the massage the person that scheduled it only scheduled one person for our couples massage. They didnt even try to make it right just said sorry that happened. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I have been very pleased with Massage Heights. I have had some of the best massages and facials ever here. I have been coming here for a while now, and have not dealt with any membership issues, or booking issues. They are very easy to work with, and much more lenient with their memberships than other spas Ive tried. The employees here are nothing short of professional and kind. I will be a member for life!

Ive been a member for almost 8 years, and have had consistently great massage therapists and ZERO issues with management. Im sorry for people who have had billing problems, Ive had my share of that elsewhere, but I really have only had positive interactions with management here.Highly recommend Michelle for deep tissue massage and Alyssa for massage + body work. Ive seen Alyssa twice now and shes really getting at the knots and adhesions related to old injuries and stress.Very clean, comfortable, softest sheets and great elevations (hot stone, foot massage, etc.). Wouldnt change a thing.

DONT EVEN GO! I PAID FOR 3 MASSAGES THAT THEY SAID WOULD NEVER EXPIRE, WHEN I CALLED 6 MONTHS LATER TO SCHEDULE (BC I AM SO BUSY WITH WORK....I TOLD THE GAL I WOULD HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING IN WHICH IS WHEN SHE SAID THEY WOULD NOT EXPIRE) THEY SAID...TOO BAD....THEY ARE FIGHTING ME ON REFUNDING THE 100 DOLLARS!! THE MASSAGE WAS NOT EVEN THAT GOOD....JUST SAY NO TO THIS PLACE.

I took my mom here for her birthday. We got a couples massage and it was great!My back had been hurting for a few weeks so I went in pretty beat up.Casey did a great job on my back! It was sore for a week after and then BAM!! It was like I had a brand new back.I had originally gotten a Groupon and was able to do a foot scrub with it. My feet were super soft and relaxed after.I would definitely recommend. If you do go, ask for Casey!

The spaghetti was cooked a few days ago, the sauce was watery thin like a 99 cent can from the store and worse. Tha salad had old cooked celery. Food Fail.

I went in today to try to use a 30 min free massage cupon and I had a bad experience. First of all, the receptionist told me I couldnt use the cupon at the moment, that I would have to schedule an appointment unless if I wanted to upgrade to several things she mentioned. Iol ( I guess theyre eager for money) and I know its their job to try to sell and upgrade but gosh, she was overdoing it. And she would say things in a manner that it would make anyone guilty for not upgrading.Consequently, I was going to return, and then I was told that I needed to provide them with a credit card number, and that if I couldnt make it, they would charge my card. Then I said I would prefer to call in advance and just do a walk in, and the receptionist told me doesnt matter, you still need to give us a credit card number.For whomever is responsible for making cupons, you should at the very least provide some details as to how to use the cupon. Make sure you add something like please make sure you have your credit card number ready to schedule an appointment not that I like it, but I think most people dont like surprises. And it just makes no sense to me that even if I just do a walk in, I still need to provide a credit card number. Thats just strange.And tell your receptionists, its ok to sell, but to not over do it. Its very rude.

After fulfilling my year contract I cancelled my membership in writing and they continue to charge my account. The same thing has happened to several friends of mine who use to be members as well. Very shady business that steals money from their customers.

Imagine having a stressful day at work...make that more like months of stressful days at work and you finally decide to treat yourself to a massage you have been in need of for a long time. I decided to try Massage Heights after the good reviews. I made such a mistake, and I could not be more disappointed. I was shocked a the lack of professionalism from my therapist. The massage also lacked in many regards. The intake was lacking and I felt rushed, we even started late and ended on time. The compressions to start off were nice, but as the actual massage progressed it only got worse. I had to ask multiple times for less pressure having requested a light to medium pressure massage. I felt after specifically addressing my focus areas in the intake, it should not have been rocket science. The draping was horrendous and I could tell very little care was taken, he just sort of shoved the sheet and blanket off. The foot massage was the only good part about this massage. After he flipped me over I had hopes that the massage could have been salvaged , I was wrong. He spent maybe 2 minutes on one leg and 5 on the other, when I asked for leg work in the intake. The neck massage at the end was horrible, it hurt and my vertebrae had been massaged with way to much pressure and was very painful, I had to ask again for lighter pressure. The scalp massage was even worse! Tangling my hair and actually pulling it with way to much pressure for the scalp. To end the session he scruffeled my hair like a dog, and just ended it. He then just said he would see me later? What? He left the room (good thing I have had massages before so I knew what to do) He didnt go over our session, he handed me water and said So yeah, uh just make sure you drink water, and stretch and stuff...have a good night Okay thanks! After saying my concerns in the most respectful and constructive way I could to the front desk, they tried to sell me a membership and didnt even offer me a second massage or a discount (not that I wanted one, its the thought that counts) Being a licensed Massage Therapist myself currently, I was absolutely shocked at how wrong the whole experience went. My best advice would be to stay away from all chain massage places, and find yourself a reliable therapist that knows what they are doing. Maybe he was new, maybe it was a bad night. All I know is I got the short end of the stick, on an already stressful day. It was $80.00 when all said and done...not worth it! Never going back.

Came in for the introductory massage and very much enjoyed my experience. This led to me signing up with my wife for a 3 month membership.Over the course of 3 months I banked my time to use 2 1.5 hour massages, the first time I showed up they told me a masseuse was not scheduled and I wasnt on the schedule to be there that day.After 3 months I called here to tell them that I had not had time to use my last massage and was wondering if I could schedule it after the 25th when the membership was set to expire.The female on the phone advised me that all their memberships renew automatically, regardless of whether you signed up for 3 months, 6 months, or a year; and that they advise all their new members of this policy at time of sign up (they did not). She still scheduled my massage and advised me that she would cancel the membership for the upcoming month and I would not be billed (my wife would just need to sign a form for cancelling).My wife went for her massage the next day and attempted to sign the paperwork, the person working the desk told her the printer wasnt working and that we would be ok to not get charged for the upcoming month.The following Tuesday I returned for my last massage and was told once again that I was not on the schedule, they apologized, and booked me for early the next morning and comped a hot stone massage.I arrived the next day for the only other massage out of 4 Ive had here that was worth the money. If you still want to go here after reading my review, go with Jessica.Now today I have $120 worth of charges that I have been trying to reverse, despite leaving multiple voicemails and calling repeatedly to talk to a manager (who is apparently the only one who can do refunds in the whole store) I have not been permitted to speak to the manager nor has anyone called me back.I will be challenging these charges in the days to come since Massage heights seems to not care about returning my calls.TLDR: The masseuse that made me want to get a membership here no longer works here, got screwed on a 3 month membership and now its 4, out $120, and had 2 massages that I booked and showed up for, only to be told We dont have you on the schedule.

I have been going to this location for a number of years ONLY because i am a snowbird and i was a member of our location in Canada.I eventually STOPPED going because of the lack of professionalism from the reception area .They constantly could not find my file, often would be ignored when i entered the setting and they did not honor my membership from Canada.One time they did so ,but only when my husband threatened to cancel our membership(which we finally did anyway).But the final decsion was when I was noticfied of a pending apt. ,by text.I replied by cancelling as I had double booked my timed I was out of state . I assumed that by texting back I had cancelled my apt. But NO....apparently this text app does not accept replies. ( Then why do you even have such an app!!!!) I was charged a no show. on my credit card.....that was the end of Massage Heights!.
