Mark was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job. I had a bid from a competitor who I could not get to call me back. One call to Mark and he was here the next day. He did the work that week, He looked at the competitors quote and determined most of the work was not needed. He saved me about $1,000.00. I highly recommend Mark and Pendleton.

We bought a house with a septic system and Mark and his crew came out and put access holes in our tank, checked the lines and gave us lots of information on upkeep. We called him again when our lines got backed up, they came right out that same day. Great service, great prices, very dependable.

Pendleton Septic is the best Septic Cleaners I have ever hired. They came out within an hour or two on a Saturday. My tank was over full and clogged and they cleared all the tanks as well as the lines. I was extremely pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.

Mark came out within two hours, on a Saturday, and fixed our system which had been alarming. The high water was an issue, of course, but he identified two issues: we had been using excessive TP and not a septic safe one, so he made that recommendation as well as drained the trash tank, but he also noticed the filter in the discharge tank was completely blocked, even though the service company had been out for maintenance three weeks ago and it should have been cleaned then. Super nice guys and put up with me standing around asking a bunch of questions like i always do. I would definitely recommend.

Ben trying to get and invoice from them for a week now. The owner said he would email me one. Have contacted him three times and still nothing. Trying to sale a house and need proof that I had the septic pumped. Their truck broke down while they were pumping had to come back the next day and of course didnt show up when they were suppose to. All and all terrible service.

I had an emergency at my child care center with our septic tank and I called last minute and Mr Mark was able to come out within an hour to fix the problem. Very prompt professional service and reasonable prices

Being a new homeowner and having limited knowledge on septic systems, I am glad that I came across Pendleton Septic Pumping & Service, who were beyond professional, knowledgeable and fair in price. They took the time to explain the conditions they saw in the tank of our new home and explained how we could keep it in the best condition. They brought things to our attention that we would never have thought of otherwise, such as not flushing baby wipes, even if the package says they are safe for septic, not flushing certain chemicals down the drain, and being aware that soaps and shampoos and other toiletries can contain grease that can accumulate in the septic, etc. I have had such a positive experience with this family-owned company and will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone in need of septic services.
