I asked that they bring the Dryer Duct along and because the screw was too tight the mover (without my consent) cut the duct out above the fastener, ruining the duct for the next person. They said me asking to bring the duct was consent to do whatever they needed to do and I had to repair the duct myself for the next home owner. At the end of it, I signed a contract for $420 but was charged $584 because they said they screwed up their math. The actual moving was fine.

We moved from a 1st floor unit to a 3rd floor unit and things went smoothly. I’m sure they were worn out but the guys were friendly and professional. I give them two thumbs up and I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work y’all 😁

Brian and Ty were so amazing, professional, and efficient! Their attention to detail and care they took of our items was excellent and we had such a smooth transition from our old house into the new one. Ty and Brian did an excellent job and were very fast and efficient and most of all safe with our furniture. They were affordable and booked us at the last minute. The worst company you’ll ever encountered, not professional, they’ll break your furniture and will not claim any responsibility, they seem low priced but they drag the time to get more money. They promise you 3 men but the third one will stay behind cleaning his truck, when I complained to the boss Tony, he didn’t listen And was extremely rude, one of them he even tried to attack me in my own property, I almost called the cups for them. My sincere advise keep shopping don’t be fooled by whatever they will tell you.

I was sent a text when the movers were on their way. They arrived on time. The movers worked quickly and with care of our belongings. Everything arrived in our new place in great shape. Tony and his mover were late (and almost cancelled because all of his workers no call no showed), unprofessional, took excessive breaks, broke our TV, and damaged both apartments floors.Were about to go to mediation before we go to court.Just an FYI be wary of anyone who has to pay for good reviews. There are many reputable moving companies that do well without paying for 5 stars.

They were very careful with my antique furniture, disassembling the large furniture pieces, wrapping everything in furniture pads and arranging the items to ensure they wouldnt move when transported. Caliber Moving Co. moved us 2 months ago. We had a large home and they arrived and were well prepared for the large move. My wife was especially happy as to the handling of all the furniture. The guys were very professional and handled all our things with care. I would definitely use them again for any future move. UPDATE: I did this review while the movers were still at my new house after moving me, before I had a chance to unpack and put things away. As I continue getting things unpacked and put away, I see more and more things that were damaged during the move, between going on their truck and them moving it into the home. My dryer has a large scratch on the glass door that wasnt there, my master bedroom bed frame has some scratches and dings that werent there before and my kitchen table seems to have some scratches on the legs and chairs randomly throughout. It shows they werent that careful with my items that I trusted them to move even though they moved slowly. Since they were moving slowly during the move, I figured it was to carefully move my things, however that is not the case, it must have been to prolong the moving process so I would have to pay more. The one mover who had all the paperwork for me asked me to review their company and in the same sentence asked me what kind of gift card I would like since he said the owner would be sending me one for using their services. Well, that never happened. It has been just about 2 months since they moved me and I had forgotten until now. Also, the owner didnt inform me that when they first start working he would put and $800 hold on my account when getting the payment method, the email from him also didnt include this information. It only told me their hourly rate, gas charger and minimum hours to be charged for. Very sneaky and unprofessional. I have used moving companies in the past and never had this issue, so when I got an alert from my bank about the charge, it was a shock. Overall I dont think I will be using them for any future moves, and will not recommend them to family and friends for the same reasons.

Poor customer service.I called to get a quote and the man who answered was rude when I started asking questions regarding pricing. They had a good overall rate, by when I began asking questions he accused me of being another company shopping his rates. If you arent willing to answer basic questions about your rates and policies, Im not willing to use you.
