My daughter had specifically told them what she wanted for her wedding and we even emailed pictures and on her wedding day after paying over $1600 she was upset the flowers were not close to what she wanted. There were no succulents which she paid for in the arrangements there were no peonies which she paid for in the arrangements. We emailed him pictures of what we received and that she was not happy and I have yet to get a response!

The person who answered the phone was only concerned about how more he could charge me despite the fact that the order was fully paid for using Teleflora.com with a rush delivery by 1 p.m ( rush charges extra )Paying above what was charged online was not an issue at all, I understand times are tough for everyone. However, the person wasn’t even concerned about the fact that the delivery was supposed to be for 1 p.m, wouldn’t even let me complete my sentence to ask him the details of my order or any such courtesy before slamming the phone down.Unprofessional, discourteous, rude! I absolutely do not recommend ever shopping at this place to anyone, unless, you like being insulted and your special occasions don’t mean much to you, they obviously don’t to this business.

The one time I had the privilege of seeing a flower arrangement from this company was at my father-in-laws funeral. All I can say is the purchaser of the arrangement did NOT get their moneys worth. The roses in the arrangement did not look fresh and alive and withered the very next day the chrysanthemums withered shortly after....not even a full week. I live in upstate New York, but have family in Georgetown. I called from New York and placed an order over the telephone for delivery of flowers in Georgetown. The person who took my telephone order was gracious and attentive. I had to call back and change the delivery date (my fault) and the second (different) person I spoke with was equally gracious and attentive. My arrangement was delivered on time and delighted my family. The arrangement was full and beautifully composed. Out of town customers can feel confident when ordering from this florist!

I trusted the good reviews for the florist to have flowers sent to my sister for her birthday (10/9/14). I live out of state, so of course, I was nervous. The staff / florists were so reassuring and friendly upon ordering, they seemed confident they knew what I wanted. My sister sent me a picture and WOW, they are SO beautiful. The Flower Box delivered a bouquet to us from our daughter yesterday. It looked nothing like what she ordered so I called them this morning. They just delivered a bouquet similar to the one ordered but it is very sparse on flowers compared to what was pictured. Disappointed!

My husband ordered my birthday flowers from The Flower Box and I have never in my life seen a more beautiful arrangement. I cant say enough nice things about them. Even the delivery man was very delightful. My house has smelled so fragrant for the past week and the flowers still look good a week later. I dont think I will ever use another florist again !! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, my order was promptly filled and the customer service was great. The floral arrangements that were on display were beautiful and I ended up ordering a gorgeous, simple centerpiece arrangement with bright colored flowers. The shop was clean and everything was displayed nicely. I was very happy with my order when I came in to pick it up the next day! I got a stunning bouquet of lilies and roses delivered to my office for Valentines day from my sweet hubby. It also came with chocolate dipped oreos (from local sweet serendipity) which were to die for! The driver came in the front door of our office and we all just waited to hear our name...I was the lucky one! The flowers are still vibrant and colorful and the buds on the lilies are still opening. The red roses are so tall and gorgeous! My b-day is coming up and Im going to hint around for a re-fill in that vase! ;) Thanks for making our Valentines Day special!

We want to share our experience we had with The Flower Box. We received a beautiful flower arrangement for our Fathers funeral. It stood out and was also done in a vase which we were able to take home and further enjoy. The arrangement had a beautiful array of wildflowers, which captured our Fathers spirit. We received many beautiful flowers during this difficult time and being able to take home this arrangement added extra comfort for our family.

I called from California and gave a brief description of a concept I had in mind - Christmas plus tropical minus bird of paradise for my parents in Georgetown. The lovely lady on the phone NAILED it! Parents were thrilled and commented that the arrangement was beautiful while unusual. THANK YOU!

Delivery of plant to my husband in the hospital came with no care instructions or name of plant. Plants from elsewhere all included that. Plus they do not have voicemail ( or it wasn’t turned on) which made it more frustrating as far as getting info.

They always take care of me! I dont order often but they keep my info on file and they know who I am, who Im sending to, where it goes, and the quality that I expect. Its great to be able to call from out of town and know that my order will be taken care of, no worries!

Stopped in to get a last minute gift for my moms b-day lunch. They had a small premade arrangement that I liked a lot, but had some flowers beginning to wilt a bit, but the arrangement was still quite lovely.. They took it in back and re-made it, replacing the flowers with fresh ones at no additional charge. It looked even more beautiful than before and ended up costing $5 less than the tag said.Over all, great experience. Will be back next time we are in town and need flowers.

I could not ask for better customer service! My information is saved in thier system so when I call they know I am in Washington and are always so kind! I would rely on them for all of my floral needs because the service and flowers are amazing! I will continue to be a faithful customer!

I have used them several times and the quality is great. The customer service is fantastic. I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mom, but she surprised me by going on a birthday trip so when the Flower Box tried to deliver they could not. The Flower Box arranged to remake the arrangement and deliver it once she returned. I could not believe they whet to the lengths they did to get her fresh flowers.

I purchased a Valentines Day arrangement over the phone for my mom.1. The arrangement had no red or pink flowers and had no resemblance to a Valentinea Day arrangement;2. Deliver came at 7:40 pm. This was after I asked them for a status update earlier in the afternoon, with no idea of when delivery would occur. They finally called me at 7 saying they had tried to make deliver several times but nobody was home. I checked with my mom and she said she had been at home all day.3. They were unapologetic about being so late and lying to me about attempted delivery.4. The price was about $15-$20 more than delivered flowers I had for my mother-in-law the same day from a different shop. The arrangement from the other store was not only cheaper but had beautiful red roses and appeared to be a Valentines Day arrangement.Bottom line- I do not recommend using these people for your flower needs, especially if you are either buying an arrangement for a special occasion and need urgent delivery or if you are buying sight unseen and hope to trust their judgment on the finished product.Do not use these people as

Ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine’s Day. Picture showed at least 6 full size roses and a full bouquet. I got about $6 worth of cheap flowers that appeared to have been thrown in a vase. Never again with this florist.
