Third Coast is so professional I would give them more stars if I could. Rob, James, and Nicole are all great to work with. They pay on time. They communicate well, but dont bug you all day. There have been several situations come up where things didnt go as planned, and even though it wasnt their fault they have always used it as an opportunity to take even better care of us. They are one of the good guys.

I make del with them to see when they load me at warehouse after I loaded I call them they told me everything fine after I delivery I here for the first time those brokers they told me supposed to be count cases by case that’s why make me short payment

My company books loads with Third Coast almost every week and I couldnt be happier with the service. The dispatchers are all incredibly nice and always happy to help. Once I called them late in the afternoon after another broker had cancelled on us and they had a load for us the next morning and even told my driver about a safe place to park the night before.

WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU AFTER YOU DELIVER THEIR LOAD. NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER DO A LOAD FOR THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!!!!!

Wonder people that understand difficult situations that occur. I work alot with Nicole and she is fabulous even though I probably give her headaches everyday! They always communicate if a driver is struggling to make their appointments and advise ETA in a timely manor. they care about their drivers and want to see them taken care of. All the reviews with 5 star are from company employees and they are kinda fake. I booked load with them and went all the way almost 200 miles and when I went there at the very last minute they called and said load has canceled. Even when I was on my way they were calling to make sure I’m on my way and I even got to pick up location an hour early but what I found they found someone else who got that load for cheaper. Never going to work with them again.

Super friendly dispatchers, especially Lucy, Roxie, and Alex. We have hauled loads for their company for the past year and they always treat us fairly. If you pickup and deliver on time, there are never any issues and we always get paid on time as well.

This company hired us to ship furniture. They cross docked furniture from their own truck and hired us as a third party to redeliver for them. Some of the product was already damaged by them and they said not to worry about it. Its been 5 months and they are avoiding payment. We are in the process of sending their unpaid invoice to collections. They are now saying that we somehow damaged 10 large benches with 1 loadlock, that math doesnt work. Third Party Logisitcs loaded the workbenches on our trailer. Their customer unloaded. Its very obvious what they are doing. I will be calling their customer in a couple of hours to make sure their customer knows what happened and who actually delivered this load. I wouldnt be writing this review if it wasnt for the fact that Third Party Logistics is not paying us and is attempting to stop collections by creating a claim 5 months after delivery. Do not work with them. They are unprofessional and shady.
