Independent Title Company would be the best if only....They had hours that worked for the working class people. Lowest paid individuals who have to work M-F 8-5 have to take off WITHOUT PAY to close on a house. The High Income individuals can afford to walk in any time and sign documents.M-F 9-7 would be great. Then we working class could sale a home and not have to take a loss in pay to close.
