No one one. The website does not address my issues. When I leave a message I dont get any response back. I feel I have fallen through the cracks.

The security guard and reception staff do not deserve to have a State job to serve the community. Because they are rude people to talk to with a bad attitude if the office closes at 4:30Pm And I was there before 3:30Pm To get help with a letter I had received and they were simply not willing to help me at all. But what if they were in my shoes? There were no people to let me pass and talk to someone who could help me. These people earn their salary by doing nothing.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Very loud, Rude, and if they don’t like what they hear they hang up on you. Terrible place to go better of driving to Dover 🤷🏽‍♂️👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🚮🚮

If you need to go make sure to get there early! They really close at 4 but if your not in the door before 3 they will usually send you home because of the back up of people already waiting. I arrived at 2:45 and did not end up getting out until about 6 and that was after 7 people left before they were called. I was also the last person they accepted.
