We took our new puppy in for his first check-up and shots. The vet tech that came to greet us was extremely nice! She answered all my questions and helped with setting up the correct plan of care for us.Prices are reasonable, facility is beautiful, and I felt that our pup was taken care of well.The doctor that took a look at our dog was also very friendly and professional.We’ll definitely be long-term clients at Zoot!

I always have an amazing experience at Zoot. The staff is friendly and they remember my puppies every time I come. Dr. Young is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful vets I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few because we relocate a lot. The building is beautiful and comfortable and well maintained. The boarding is awesome and I know my pups are safe if anything happened because their vet is the same location. Very happy I found this place.

We have 2 animals: Fleur, the 13.5 pound cat who dominates the house, and Spike our Yorkshire terrier who guards the house with all his mighty 6,9 pounds.We have used Zoot for 4 years and have found the vets , especially Dr Young to be professional, compassionate and knowledgeable. He is helping us to assist Spike with his senior dog issues, like his back legs and knees giving out, with options other than surgery,The facility is beautiful. We have boarded both animals there with happy results. My only wish is that Spike and Fleur could stay together, rather than being separated into a small dog area in one building and Fleur in the cat arena upstairs in the main building.The technicians are so careful and loving to our little beasts , one might think the animals were their very own.Most tests can be completed on site and their equipment is top notch.

The staff and of course veterinarians are so attentive and caring and the facilities are clean. Quick response time also.

The best of boarding care is managed by Cindy, Client Experience Manager at Zoot, and she is, imho, a pet whisperer! My cat is always anxious about going anywhere, and rebels to be put in his carrier. Yet, as Cindy sat next to him in his carrier, taking detailed notes for his care, he calmed down. And by the time we got him into his spacious room, he stepped out of his kennel and straight to his bed to settle in. I think Cindy has a calming influence on anxious pets.Not to be forgotten, Teri in Client Services is a gem! She always has your pet in mind, and is very helpful with information on pet products, sources, and the all services at Zoot. Always positive and welcoming, she is an asset to the operation of the both the hospital and boarding services. Thanks to all at Zoot who provide great care for my cat!

Our dog who is 14 years old was groomed at a National chain pet store for 13 1/2 years. When that national chain pet store refused to groom him in March without justification we had to seek out a new local groomer. Thank goodness for Zoot Pet Hospital and their awesome grooming team! Wish that National chain pet store would have done this YEARS ago as we would have switched over to Zoot for our dog’s grooming needs LONG AGO! Just another reason to support local businesses in Georgetown!

The wonderful staff at Zoots has been great. They care for Jake in a way that demonstrates the love they have for pets. Jake loves their Doggie Daycare and gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. The only word to describe them is “Great”.

This was my first time taking our little Papillon. She was so scared when we got there. But, when I picked her up she looked beautiful from being groomed and acted like she owned the place. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and showed so much love to our little Sadie. We’ll surely go back.

My cat had a sudden ear infection so I was a new client at Zoot. They were very professional and modern in their methods and procedures. This is one of the few times my very scaredy-cat came back from anywhere without being traumatized. The technician was super nice and was very gentle with him. I’d recommend their vet services to anyone. I haven’t used their boarding service yet but would certainly do so in future.

I’m new to the area and found Zoot for my pets before even finding a doctor for me. The place is beautiful, even more important is the great people and wonderful care they give my elderly cat and senior dog. Every person from the desk to the doc seem to love their job and the animals they treat.

I took my 17yo kitty for a possible UTI. I dropped her off at 7:30 (as it can be difficult to get an adequate sample from a cat in her condition), and had a phone appointment before 3pm. Dr Clemmons was friendly and thorough as she explained the options available. (She was also very sweet and complimentary of my cat’s disposition.) The doctor cleaned out Mary’s ears, and the vet tech clipped her claws, as both needed to be done. This was our first visit, but I will definitely take Mary back in the future, if the need arises.

We scheduled our pup’s grooming with Kristen who is a Master Groomer. After a less than wonderful experience with a different groomer somewhere else, we sought out Kristen specifically because of her certification and her experience. We are so thankful that we did. She listened to our concerns and requests. She was great in working with our puppy’s grooming anxiety. And his cut and grooming were beautiful. We will definitely return to her again and again for grooming and will check out Zoot’s other services because of our experience with Kristen.

Dr. Young and his staff to the rescue. I have a couple of puppers, one with a neurological disorder that leads to aggression. They got into a fight, turns out the other had to have emergency surgery. Her surgery went well, she is back to normal… Now to work on my special needs pup. He found the correct medication and everything is copasetic around the house again. Awesome teamwork. Love these folks!

The DVM and staff greeted us very friendly and professional. Dr. Young was very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the best way to care and feed my 2 1/2 yrs Rosie at home to keep her healthy and the proper weight. I feel very confident that he will be giving her the best of care. Zoot Pet Hospital is definitely my Rosies go to place. Infact today Rosie will be trying the grooming.

This was my 1st time here. I adopted a cat at the WILCO shelter. My appointment was for 4:00 and I was on time, but we were not called back until a few minutes after 4:30. This was supposed to be a complimentary exam per the shelter. At checkout, I provided my debit card to pay for 1 med, thinking I will have to use my credit card for any other charges because t get paid once per month and only had $350 left in the bank with 2 bills totalling $220 still due. I didnt even realize until I got home that the bill was $248. That leaves me with $100 for the remainder of the month (17 days). And the exam was not complimentary. Staff was nice, but I may have to find another vet.Note: The office manager did approve a refund to me for the $61.95 for the exam when she learned that I was charged for the exam and apologized profusely.

In my experience with the Zoot employees, they are caring and listen to your concerns about your pets. The doctors are caring and thorough when examine my pets. They explain their findings and make me feel more at ease. I highly recommend Zoot for all areas, ie boarding, day care and get care.

Our dogs are not the easiest. Super friendly but shy and easily scared. Zoot and their staff love the pets snd our dogs feel it. The one who is most scared actually goes in to get a pet. We tried another boarding as Zoot was full but never again.

Our pup is a low-maintenance mixed breed but she sheds a lot. Took her to Zoot for her regular nail trim and added a bath with shedding treatment. She looks great and it really cut down on the hair.

Home away from home for our dog Bailey. She is just as excited to visit Zoot as she is when we pick her up. We pull into Zoot and can’t wait to get out of the car. The Zoot family shows so much love and care for Bailey. We have so much comfort knowing that Bailey is being cared for and loved as if she were their own pets. Thank you Zoot for all that you do. I normally take my dog Fritz in to get his nails trimmed but my husband took him in for me. I was really pleased how well they trimmed Fritz’s nails and I know he is more comfortable since the trim. Thank you for always doing a good job

The boys adjusted very well. They were very well taken care of & they even sent me a picture of my cats after they were settled in their room.

My puppy Topaz has been going to Zoot for training for some time now. The staff and trainers are so wonderful. I had to go out of town so Topaz was boarded their for two nights. I’ve never had an experience like this at a veterinarian. My last groomer broke the jaw of my 3 lb dog. We had to have her jaw removed, so not many groomers would even see her. Her tongue is just OUT THERE. Several of the people I called suggested Zoots. These are groomers telling me this. Now I know why. They were so kind and patient. She’s been so traumatized she climbs all over me when we drive up to get groomed, there for she had dread locks pulling on her skin. The ladies at Zoots not only got rid of her dreads they made her adorable. I also have a 3 lb yorkie who is 12 yrs old. And they made her look like a model. I’ll NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you Zoots.

Had a appointment for dog boarding and they lost it. Called to check in and they said you do not have reservation after calling me the week before and telling I did. No help to fix it or help find another place. Not the way you treat people.Be careful.

Every person that I have been in contact with at Zoot has been very kind to me, but, more importantly, has been very kind and caring toward my pet. I have a cat that was feral and starving when I trapped her and is now a loving indoor cat. Even though she hides from everyone, but me, she seems so much more relaxed on our trips FROM the vet, particularly after being examined and cared for by Dr. Davis and/or Jacob (the vet tech). Lets face it, cats dont ordinarily enjoy car rides so the calming affect that these care givers have on my 4-legged child is very unusual and appreciated. Zoot is the 4th vet hospital that I have taken my pets to during the last 10 years, but is the first and only one that has owners and associates that obviously care about the animals they treat.

While the facility is great, and the technicians and boarding specialists are fantastic and really do care for your pet, they are unfortunately understaffed and usually overcapacity for the staff to adequately take the time out for the specific needs of every pet. I wont be choosing to board here again unless theres staffing improvement, but the staff here currently are great. They just need more hands.

Dr. Dupuy and staff were amazing. Really showed compassion for my 16-year old dog. Diagnosed issue quickly, gave us the right meds, and today she thinks she’s a puppy…running and playing! Extremely grateful!

The BEST place to leave your fur babies while on a vacation, I have two dogs, one of which requires a very specific medicine regimen and no pill pockets so brought peanut butter bread and her food, EVERYTHING was done as requested at no additional charge, when we picked up she had been given meds as directed and has not had upset stomach to prove her care was AS GOOD AS HOME. Fabulous place with very caring people.

My pets have been patients here since ZOOT first opened. I have used their boarding facilities and vet services exclusively for more than ten years. I was very satisfied with the service I received.Therefore, I was very dismayed when booking a boarding reservation that I was required to pay a non-refundable deposit to “secure” the reservation. I have never never never had to put down a deposit for boarding. Yes, the deposit will be applied to the boarding or to future services, but not refunded. I am an established customer and am very unhappy with this new policy. Additionally, I had to call back the next day to give the deposit information as Zoot’s computers were down. I feel I shouldn’t have to beg people to take my money or place several calls to complete a transaction.I don’t even have to do that when I book a room at the Hilton.

Very nice facility. Everyone working there is efficient, professional and helpful. Dr. Schwerdfeger was great with my big Ragdoll Buster. She did a thorough examination and even called me two days later to check in to see how he was doing!

They are always very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable of my animals. I have 3 dogs, one of whom is 18 yrs old and 1 Red Eared Slider Turtle. I was amazed the last time a received a vaccine notice, for my senior dog, from a different vet, I decided to come to Zoot instead and found out he didnt even need to be getting the vaccines for the last 3 years! The old vet just kept taking my money and injecting my dog unnecessarily. That sealed the deal for me - this is where I will bring all of my pets every time!

So thankful to have found such a caring place for our dogs. The entire staff is so nice. Dr. Davis is one of the BEST vets we have ever come across. She was so sweet with our little boy Bear. Now she cares for our other senior dog, Minnie.

We boarded our elderly cat (2nd time) as she is a bit high maintenance for our neighbor to care for. She is people-oriented so the caretakers always tell us she is so cute and friendly and they enjoy her.

Having just moved to Texas, I am pleasantly surprised to have a great Vet so close to me. I have seen three different Drs at Zoot with no complaints on any. I did discover my preferred Dr. for the three fur babies I have.

I’ve been bringing our Great Dane Puppy to Zoot since she joined our family. They have always been amazing for regular checkups. Then came our first emergency.. they handled it perfectly. Our puppy had spiked a 105.7 fever and she stopped walking. Dr. Clemons and the vet tech, Jacob, were ready when we pulled up. Jacob came right out, in the middle of his current appointment, and carried her in for testing ASAP. They were extremely thorough with Luna and very caring to the fact that I was obviously scared. They handled everything wonderfully and their treatment plan worked! It was a concerning couple weeks, but they stayed in contact throughout her recovery. Our girl is finally back to walking and has significantly improved! I feel fortunate we had them through that scare and I know she’s in great hands should something arise in the future.

Zoot was a perfect choice for boarding my dog. I travel with the knowledge that her health and welfare will be paramount in their care.

I was a new move to Texas. I felt that my concerns were addressed. The clinic was poor customer service for the appearance and price. Customer Service is not High Priority.I am not the only customer who was treated poorly for supposable being later and new to the area. I was never contacted by them. They feel they are more important than the customers. This will begin to follow them and there are some really wonderful Vets in the area. Feel the clinic lacks kindness.

They were able to take care of our puppy and figure out what was causing his irritation. He is doing great now!

We take all 3 of our fur babies to Zoot and we are so impressed with the quality of care they receive. Everyone at the facility is so friendly and so sweet to our babies. They go out of their way to make them feel comfortable, especially our Ridgeback puppy who has a little bit of nervousness around new places and new people. We loved our old vet but we moved so far away from them and decided to try out Zoot. We are thankful we did!

This time we took our 2 big dogs for a spa day; baths & “peticures”. They came home looking & smelling great. And you can’t beat the drop off and pick up service where the Zoot employees come to the car. We’re getting sort of spoiled to that service!

Ive been going to Zoot since 2010! They were the only people that didnt want to drug my dog to groom him. Its a good feeling coming to people who are honest and are truly passionate about what they do. Any dogs I will have in the future I will always bring here to Zoot!

Scout, our 4 1/2 month old German Shepherd puppy is going to play and train now two days every week. She has been to four sessions. Scout loves to go to Zoot. She is happy to go and get her shots and loves going to play and train. The results in a short time are amazing. We now have Scouts 8 week old half brother and he will for sure be joining Scout at play and train as soon as he is old enough. We are a happy family.

Took my two cats and I was not impressed. There are a lot of dogs and cats of course dont like that and panic, so they couldnt give one of them their shots. Never had an issue prior to this. I took him back to his old vet and no issues. They also gave my cat a rabies shot they did not need even after receiving their shot record. If you have a dog its probably fine, but Id take your cat elsewhere.

Just changed over from another local vet, and SO MUCH happier with Zoot! Their facility is beautiful and the doctors are very caring and understanding. I thought the prices would be high but they are the same price I was paying at the standard place I was at before. Love that they have boarding options as well. Happy client and hope to be bringing our boys here a long time.

I cannot praise this business enough. The providers are knowledgeable and caring and the environment is so pleasant. I live 30 minutes away and have the choice of many great vets in my area but once I found Dr, Clemmons and the team at Zoot, I will not go elsewhere. They truly care about your animal and readily give advice.

I went to Zoots because I wanted the best for my dog. They worked me in, which allowed my dog to be treated a full 5 days earlier then with the Vet. I have been using. Even though it is a further drive, and Zoots treatment is always a little pricier, I am going to continue to go there. The Vet talked to me and explained everything, and I felt like she cared both for my dog and for me. Very happy. Kay

Make monthly grooming appointments for my kitties. Had to wait almost 30 minutes this time around many barking dogs. Terrifying for my babies. Seemed very disorganized this date. Always seems to be someone different at the front desk. Technician great and very apologetic so not ready to give up yet but feeling lack of personalization. On their annual exam several weeks ago got a different vet who seemed neither very helpful or interested and advised me differently than the tech. Having issues with the female and although I’ve been there for grooming monthly for over a year no one seems to remember us each time nor ask if she’s better.

We had our first visit with our adopted kitten and I was very impressed with the staff and the facility. They took the time to talk with me as a new kitten mom and provided very helpful advice and information. They did her exam, shots, and trimmed her nails. They were very gentle with her and caring.

My dog didnt eat for two days (Sat & Sun) and had diarrhea. I was extremely worried and left a message on the Zoots voicemail Sunday evening asking to get in to see Dr. Jensen Young the next day. They called me at 7:30 on Monday morning and immediately scheduled me with Dr. Young that same day. She was tested and treated and things have improved dramatically. Weve been going to Dr. Young at Zoot for over 5 years because he and all the technicians there are very caring,thorough and go the extra mile to give my dog the best care. I feel like my dogs health is in very good hands.

The Zoot staff are consistently caring and attentive. They treat my kids with such love and gentleness. I love that they are patient, caring, loving and make us feel like we matter. We normally see the wonderful Dr Zeh, but had to see Dr Davis this time. She was just as wonderful! Also our tech Heather was so kind, patient and loved on my kids like they were hers. Super sweet people! I trust them, which is difficult for us to do with our fur kids. Thank you Zoots for being consistently wonderful!

We found Zoot Pet Hospital + Luxury Boarding when we first moved here and we took our pet Angel to them, they treated her with the most care and asked lots of questions. Zoot took care of Angels all around care and we were always happy with the service. Un fortunately Angel passed of old age. Now a year and a half later we decided to adopt two other babies Riki and Marisa. So we decided to go back to Zoot and they welcomed our new babies with open arms. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to take their pets! New to the area, we were looking for a vet to take our baby and found Zoot. It is very nice and the people were very friendly and took care of our Angel right away. I liked it there because they just didnt service us but asked us many questions about Angel. They wanted to know all about her and her health. Great place.

My dog Bunny adores going to play day at Zoot. Even though she is not able to freely mix with other dogs due to her temperament, I take her to Zoot once a week because not only does she look forward to and enjoy the interaction with her hooman friends there ... it makes boarding her there easier as she is accustomed to the environment and loves being there! The staff are wonderful and you can tell they adore Bunny! Best place EVER for day care, boarding and vet services. Weve tried them all.

Arrived five minutes late for appointment and was told I was over 15 mins late (I sat on hold in the parking lot for 10 mins). Was told I would have to reschedule or leave my dog there. This place has more business than they can handle.

I couldnt believe yall charged me 80.00 for my little morkie. One hour! ONE! I had already bathed her, she didnt have any mats or knots. I asked to clean up her face around her feet and touch up her ears. I had already done most of it myself. I asked for her nails to be dremeled as after I cut them they were sharp. They remain sharp! I wont be back with either of my dogs. I am a hairdresser with 45 year of experience and I have never charged 80.00 for one of my human clients! I will also be looking for a new vet. Yall just charge way too much. I wasnt even offered a senior discount!
