Wow! I cracked my phone screen on Christmas Day and this was the first place I stopped as I needed an oil change as well. I went in and talked to the lady at the desk - super sweet gal! - and within 10 minutes my phone was repaired. I have waited for hours at some places before. This was quick, easy, and simple! Definitely worth the price!

I forgot my iPhone on the roof of my car after getting my doggy in the car, and when I was driving down the highway, it fell off. Luckily I heard it hit my car before hitting the pavement, or I never would have realized it until it was too late. I was able to retrieve it before it got run over. Thank goodness for my Otterbox case saving it from the fall, however, the flashlight and camera were no longer working. Sree at Cellairis was amazing!! She had to replace two parts and had it back up and working like new in about an hour. It cost $130, and not sure if that is good, bad, or average, but it was well worth it to me no matter what!! Cheaper than replacing my phone for sure! I am so happy! Thank you, Sree!!

The lady at the counter was super sweet and dealt with a lot of rude people. She handled everything very professionally and finished my phone within 10 minutes. So...when it comes to my cell phone, I have butterfingers, meaning I drop it constantly... I have messed up the screen, broken the entire back wall, messed up the volume buttons, and the ringer on/off button....there isn’t anything wrong with my phone these folks can’t fix. I thought I might have to buy a new one (just as I got this one paid)... but thank goodness for Cellairis and the its manager Shahina (not sure I spelled it right). My experience was superb. I cant say enough nice things about the service I have received from Matt @ the Georgetown Cellairis store. My daughters screen was cracked and he repaired it quickly and perfectly, and I was so happy I didnt have to spend a fortune. Then about a month later when she was having trouble with her screen, I took the phone to the AT&T store where they told me it would cost about $800 to replace it...so I opted to head back to Cellairis and Matt fixed it!!! He replaced the screen, UNDER WARRANTY and even gave me a new case for her phone at no charge, he very kindly advised me that a teenager needed a bit more protection in her case. Its so refreshing to receive such nice customer service and thoughtfulness! Thanks Matt!!!!

Because he was open late it allowed me to have some repairs done after I was off work for the day. My sons phone is like new again - just in time for his birthday! This review is LONG overdue!My phone was severely crunched under the wheel of a truck, which bent the body of the phone to the point I was not able to open the card drive - even with the tool the cell phone insurance company sent me - when they sent the replacement to remove my SIM and memory cards. I even had a few other friends AND THE VERIZON STORE (which had sold me my phone) try, with no luck.Then I went here the day before Thanksgiving 2019 (arguably one of the busiest days of the year) on my way out of town, expecting to have to leave my old phone for it to be fully taken apart to access the cards.INSTEAD, the busy repairman stopped what he was doing, delicately got my cards out in a couple of minutes with his own tool, without further damaging the busted phone (which I had to send back to the insurance company), and even took another few seconds to install them into my new phone to save me a step. And when I asked him how much I owed, he said no charge - just a smile.This sweet man took a frustrating problem that had been bugging me - which not even the phone store, nor the insurance companys tool, nor brute force had been able to fix - and turned it around so that I had a working phone in time for my trip and to take holiday pictures.Im so sorry I forgot his name (Matt?), and Im sure he charges for more extensive work if needed, but if he is still there, and you need help with your phone, bring it to him. It will be in good, kind hands.
