My daughters teacher suggested some touting through the summer to keep her on track for starting the 3rd grade! We called and set up an evaluation and from the first time we walked in the door it just felt right! My daughter loves it and cant wait to go back the next time! The teachers make her feel great about her self and her skills. Totally the best investment for her future yet! I would recommend a friend for sure!

Maggie was struggling with confidence in school and we noticed her handwriting and generally her grammar were suffering. When the Sylvan sign first appeared at the window in the office space in Georgetown I was thrilled. Because when my daughter was in grade school I had to drive her 45 minutes to a Sylvan Class. So, to find a facility opening up here, I walked my grandson and his mom right in the door. They were not set up yet but we were cheerfully welcomed by Elaine immediately shown around and interviewed. My grandson, Joshua Denney was enrolled before their computers were installed. The staff have always been friendly and supportive. The tutors are genuine in their caring. Josh has looked forward to his time at Sylvan and has steadily improved in his math and reading. He is an 8th grader and continues to gain confidence and self-esteem.

We enrolled our eight year old daughter in the Computer Coding class. We were really unsure how it would go as her interest was pretty unsure.They greeted us so nicely. They were really upbeat and enthusiastic.When I picked her up, it was nice to see her instructor was fully engaged and cheering on her progress. I could see she was proud of herself.Each afternoon, I received an email with samples of her work and a description of what she did and how she worked through challenges.She was eager to go each day and she told my husband she would have his computer fixed by the end of the week.Great experience. We will use them again.

My son has been going to Sylven for about 6 months. Within that time period he has grown academically and has a greater self confidence. We started with a reading program and within a few short months his reading level had improved a whole grade level! We continued to get homework help and his grades have also improved. It seams as though he is taking on more ownership of his role in education. This has allowed me, as a single parent, to relax more around school work and enjoy my kid!

We have been to 2 different math specific tutoring businesses before, weve also hired personal tutors to come to our home for math and reading, none have been as successful as Sylvan so far. Weve been coming here for about 3 months and all I can say is, so far so good.The check ins and assessments every 30 days are unbelievably helpful and provide real peace of mind that progress is being made, everyone is on the same page with regard to the program, and the 2-way feedback is valuable and appreciated.Our sons confidence has really grown this school year already as a result of Sylvan and hes really seeing the value and fun in working hard and receiving better grades.Were not at our goal yet, but I feel we will get there and am impressed enough that I will probably bring my straight A high schooler here to utilize Sylvans ACT and SAT test prep program.

My daughter started Sulvan due to events that took place at her school, which made her fall behind. Sylvan has been the reason that she is doing so well now. She loves to go and has made tremendous progress. We are going to take her and my son to Sylvan in Georgetown, TX as often as they need it. The staff is great and keeps on top of everything. Took my 7 year old daughter for her assessment. She didnt want to go but once we were there the staff was so friendly and made her feel super comfortable. Afterwards she asked if she could go back! 😊

We were very happy with the experience and the progress that our son has made over the summer. Though it was a bit of work, with the help of the amazing staff, he was able to progress and stay on point with his lessons.

We normally used the Lakeline location, however we had moved so we signed up to use this one. The math tutor for my daughter did not know how to do her Algebra 2. It was a complete waste of time and money for us. This location is not nearly as well staffed or run as lakeline.

My daughter has gained an appreciation of math & has learned to correctly do calculations! She absolutely adores Mr. Ed Hambleton who with her in a fun & creative way, all while making her work math problems! I cannot say enough good things about this program!They are all amazing teachers!

My daughter is in 4th grade just struggling with reading. All the teachers would say that she has dyslexia so dont worry about her progress when we test her we will be able to accommodate to her learning disability. My husband and I always disagreed with them and would always set up meetings with the assistant principal , teachers you name it to try to get the right help. She has had 2 test stating that she does not have dyslexia but is way behind 2nd grade level. She is in tier 3 you name it and nothing was helping. Thats when I called Emily from the Georgetown Sylvan set up a meeting. In 2 hours with my daughter Emily know where she had to start. My daughter goes for 2 hours Monday and Wednesday, and just for a month now has improved dramatically! She loves to read and write little stories. She has so much fun and loves all the teachers. Thank you Sylvan teachers we love you!

My son has really struggled with math and it was always a LONG battle trying to get him to do his homework. I decided to sign him up for Sylvan during the summer to help him catch up and be ready to go for 4th grade. I have been very impressed with the staff at the Georgetown Sylvan Learning Center. They were able to pinpoint the areas my son struggles with, they provide a lot of one on one attention, they keep him engaged by utilizing iPads, and they have kept me up to date on his progress. I am confident that with Sylvan my son will be able to start 4th grade with a confidence in math that he has never had before. I highly recommend this facility!!!

I had heard that Sylvan Learning Center helped students when they are struggling with subject matter, and my son is struggling with reading and writing, and I hope that the school year he is going to go to this new school year will be better with the help from Georgetowns Sylavan.
