He got every stain out and they were not easy stains. Ive rented rug doctors before and spent about 75 dollars to do my own and I do not recommend going that route. Save yourself some time and get a professional. We were very impressed.

I had the grout and tile cleaned and the technician did a thorough professional job. He came on time and was friendly and knowledgeable regarding stained grout vs not and the issues. He stayed longer than planned to redo some areas to my hopes. The tiles became lighter than I knew was possible. Very happy with Keith’s efforts. I plan to schedule again AFTER the holidays!

We had our carpets cleaned. The gentleman was so professional. He came on time. He spent a lot of time preparing the carpets before cleaning. The carpets look great. What I liked was how highly he spoke of the company he worked for. We have mostly beautiful hardwood floors. He said he expected Meeks Chem Dry to start to clean hardwoods in the near future. He felt they would do a great job since this is how they did everything. I hope they let me know when we can get the hardwoods cleaned also. He was well versed on the importance to health of keeping carpets cleaned every six months or so. I was impressed.

My furniture in the living room wasn’t move at all and it’s only 3 pieces. My living room is for “Entertaining”, so it would have nice if just those pieces was moved to the middle, clean behind it and move it back. I moved all the other stuff in another room before he came by. But he just cleaned where that machine stopped and didn’t both to make the room evenly cleaned. l felt it was a non-professional job, without really caring.

This was our second time to have Meeks clean and sanitize our carpets. They also cleaned upholstery the first time we used them. Unlike other cleaning services, their promise of quick drying is true. Also, stains they remove dont reappear. The technicians who have done the work were friendly and professional. Finally found the business we will always use.

The service provided was exactly the same same services that I had requested. The worker was courteous and professional. He identified himself and I took his temperature. He was patient and receptive as I inquired if he has been tested for Covid-19. I asked if he has been tested and if he has been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for the virus. He reported that he has not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive. After answering all of my questions appropriately, he began working on the task at hand. He did an excellent job. When we moved into our place, we werent real impressed with the carpet. We knew it had been cleaned, but if that was as clean as it got, then maybe we need to change it. But we asked another company to clean it again, and we just sighed and thought about new carpet. A few years later (we dont decide quickly) we had company coming and contacted Chem-Dry. The difference was dramatic. The edges near the wall looked better than they ever have. This last experience was our second one, and it wasnt a fluke. Again, our carpets look so clean. They dont take a long time. Drying time was a bit longer than we expected, but it was a humid day. (Who can predict Texas weather in January?)

If your in g town use these people not davidson clean carpet they are horrible there is nowhere to put a review for them anywhere because all they were getting was bad reviews so they deleted theyre page bug they are 1 guy that has really old broken out dated buffer that has been broken since the day he bought it from the pawn shop. they claim to be green but i know for a fact the chemicals they use are definatly not green at all they tell people when they clean their oriental rugs that theyre gonna take it back to theyre shop and clean it when in reality they have no shop they run theyre business out of their apt and they take peoples expensive rugs and lay them out in the middle of the nasty dirty parking lot and clean them. this guy runs a completly illegitament business and is so cheap that hes been in buisness for 2 yrs and still hasnt upgraded any of his broken out dated equipment or tried to get a shop or a place for his buisiness if you are in gtown make sure you do not use davidson clean carpet i gauruntee that you will be very unsatisfied with their work and they WILL NOT give you your money back no matter what you do so save yourself the trouble and go with someone that is legitament

We manage a rental property and the previous tenants had a lot of dogs. Meeks Family ChemDry did a good enough job to allow us to keep the carpet (as opposed to replacing it).
