Wasted my time and money today. Hours posted on here are INACCURATE!!! Closing time is posted as 5:45 PM. Its actually 4:00 PM and I arrived at 4:01 PM. I called this location in advance to check the hours of operation and to see if an appointment was necessary. It was stated that no appointment was necessary. I hopped on the highway and drove 30 minutes only to be REFUSED service!!! If the actual hours of operation change for whatever reason, the person who has access should immediately update them here AND on the answering service!!! This was a HUGE inconvenience for me today!

Using the on-line booking, it was a fast and easy lab visit. I had ZERO wait. (I dont think you should even consider trying a walk-up visit without first registering online for an open appointment.) The lab tech was pleasant and professional. Lab looked clean and neat. Results were quickly sent to my doctor.

Scheduled an appointment only a week ago, and it was available and confirmed. Show up just to find out they closed early and have had a new schedule for several weeks. Why make appointments available if you know you won’t be open. Waste of time.

Just had my blood tested here for HRT. Process was quick and easy. Was able to been seen 2 hours before my appointment as a walk-in. The entire appointment including the check-in took less than 5 minutes. The male that took my blood was friendly and professional.
