We called for a ride into Geneva late morning on a Monday, the were at the hotel within 15 minutes. Before being dropped off in town we specifically asked about availability later that night. He said it would be no problem because there were actually more drivers in the evenings. After dinner, around 8:30 I called for a cab. After ringing 8 to 10 times the phone was picked up and then hung up without anyone answering, this happened several times. Tried different cab companies and no answer. For a tourist area, Geneva has a serious transportation problem.

We called Other Taxi after our car was rear ended. They left us waiting on the side of the highway for 2 hours after the call.When the car finally showed up, it was an old minivan with stained and damaged seats, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the driver did not put on a mask.If there had been any other taxi service answering the phone on a Sunday morning we would have called them.Next time, well hitch a ride with the Mennonites and their horse drawn buggies for faster service.

Today is May 21 2021 Are they even still in business? for months now no one has answered the phone! They may all be sick, as no one wore masks, I gave a spare mask to a male driver, and he set it down beside him. when I asked him why he said he was saving it. Absolute worse service. WE need Lyft or Uber in town!

Wow these people are very RUDE!!!! They will pick up the phone just to hang it up in your face, I don’t see how their still in business.

I called four hours ahead to schedule a ride to an appointment. When the driver didnt show up I called. The dispatcher said she could hear me but refused to talk and then hung up. After that I tried to call back and was hung up on repeatedly. Unprecedented level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. If I had known they werent coming I could have arranged something else but by the time it was obvious they werent going to show I had missed my appointment. Do not use this business if you need someone who is reliable and even halfway polite. I would leave zero stars if it was possible.

This is a horrible service. Why bother posting your business hours, or even being in business if you are going to refuse to take phone calls? Tried calling for over an hour. I got strait busy signals from the line being busy, and then when it would ring in, I let it ring 16 times. Someone picked up but refused to talk, and hung up after 9 seconds... In this age, thats inexcusable to even have a voicemail box set up...

I have had some bad experiencesOne cab drive was on the phone talking about how they were cheated on.Yesterday I called the cab and they were late because they said they did not know anything about me.Today I called 160 to get a cab and never got through. The phone would go through and then hang up a few seconds later.This is the worst, most horrible taxi service I have ever used.

So I have been trying to get ahold of these people. On multiple occasions I never get an answer and when I have which has only been 3 times the service was okay but they need to stop not answering calls

I called for a Taxi and they said they would be there in 15 mins and they had me and my friends waiting for alomst 2 hours outside and stilll never came at allIm very upset!They even blocked my number when i tried to call and see where the taxi wasThey only answer calls when they want to and i dont appreciate that!

Taxi arrived not only on time, but a few minutes early. Professional and safe driver. Got me from Canandaigua to Geneva on time.

Cheap, quick and friendly. Something better than Uber for short distance drive.

The worst taxi company who will not answer the phone and prices from drivers vary. They need not to be in business. Sorry bunch of people.

Couldnt get a ride

We scheduled a ride hours in advance. The cab never arrived and nobody picked up the phone although we called many times. Do not use this service if you have anywhere to be.
