Annie just finished beginner basic training with Anthony. Annie is a two year old recent rescue who came from a neglectiful, abusive environment. Anthony is the dog whisperer! After six weeks, Annie learned her basic commands with positive reinforcement. I highly recommend.

It was my dogs Lexi birthday and everyone was super nice and friendly. We will definitely come back soon.

First time at this location and everyone seemed nice. We werent greeted when we walked in, but were asked if we needed help when we were by the fish. The store was plenty clean and stocked up which was nice. Overall, we were happy with this location and the selection yall had, so we will be back.

I took my 15 week old puppy here for his first grooming experience and they did amazing work. I usually have his vet trim his nails, and it seems like they never do it short enough but pet smart did a great job! The puppy package is perfect to get them acquainted with a groomer. He’s never felt, smelt, or looked better.

Worst experience ever! I went there to buy stuff like any normal customer and the so-called manager JOE said they dont sell do wholesalers? What? I was paying the full retail price? The store didnt have any purchase limit! How can he say that they cant sell the products to me? The other employee of the store was half asleep and kept on saying that this transaction will take a long time as I was first purchasing gift cards and then buying the product and was trying to avail the sale that is ending tonight.Rude employees have no manners on how to deal with loyal customers, Petsmart should teach their employees first, how to deal with customers before offering them the position. Joe doesnt deserve to be the manager of the store if he doesnt know how to be polite.

I have been coming here because it’s close to home and normally they do ok with Rex (8 lb Maltese) im now done. 9 am appt. we were leaving for the city that afternoon and at noon no call. They HAD NOT STARTED and it was going to be another hour which meant my appointment was for nothing and he sat in a kennel for three hours. Clearly then rushed the job. No apology on pick up. Uneven cuts. Asked for rounded ears short. She SHAVED THEM. His face is a mess. None of his beard was cleaned. when you spend $65 for a puppy cut - included bath and nail grind - I expect more. Staff upon entry was complaining that they often pick up and put down dogs up to 6 or 7 times due to the phone ringing. That is a safety issue. I stated they need an admin that is not a groom job. I’m not coming back. look at the pictures for proof. Sorry to the team there but I cannot believe you did this to my poor pup. I cannot get the pics to post.

This store is fairly small but has a decent selection of items. I couldnt find everything I was looking for but found some adorable dog Halloween costumes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

They are confining animals into small spaces. Some of them look very unhappy. They should give them more space.

I worked at a different Pet Smart and loved it. This location puts the Pet Smart name to shame. We will not be returning. We have now had 2 bad grooming experiences today it took 45 minutes to get a nail trim on my 10 year old cancer ridden dog. They were short staffed because someone called in sick but if they can’t handle it then don’t take the appointment. They ended up having the store manger come in and cut my dogs nails. Who I would assume is not a trained groomer and ended up cutting my dogs quick causing her to bleed a large amount. Again she had very aggressive cancer and a hemangioma sarcoma where she can bleed out. (We did tell the groomer that she has these conditions)So I was very upset. We have been there a bunch of times before and has been fine other wise. Again not bashing Pet Smart as a whole. I loved working at the other store and it was a great environment just this particular store needs to be re-evaluated.

Came into PetSmart hoping to buy one pet. Instead I came out with three. a bearded dragon and two different parasites. loving all these vet bills! 🙄

The grooming center is great. Jessica did a great job trimming my chocolate labs nails. You knew when you can get a sense that people care, she gave that vibe. Well definitely keep coming back knowing our dog is in good hands.

This store is clean with friendly staff, but unfortunately I cant leave a positive review for any store that keeps its birds in such small enclosures. Small animals often get the short stick at these stores, and I give some credit to the pet staff for keeping the cages very clean, but theyre just... way, way too small. While neither large cage along the end cap was adequate per say, what I was most horrified about was THREE budgies crammed into one of the small, small enclosures on the bottom cages along the aisle, with two partitions next to them empty except for product. Why the heck was the bottom cage partitioned at all?Note that I may be comfortable in my bird knowledge but know nothing about reptiles and didnt look too deeply in the small furry animal aisle (the end cap looked fine) so draw your own conclusions about the rest of the pet selection.If its AT ALL possible it seems like a super easy solution would be to remove the partitions for the bottom row of budgies. They were forced onto the same perch without the room to stretch their wings which is literally the bottom line expectation of a bird cage. One way or the other........ my personal rule to only buy pet supplies online has been thoroughly reinforced today.EDIT - I needed a replacement perch and was unable to find what I was looking for at my nearby Pet Supplies Plus, so I stopped in where I knew I would find it (PetSmart) despite this poor experience. Luckily, I saw that theyd taken my review seriously--which I really do appreciate and value. Im editing this review to reflect that they take customer satisfaction seriously and learn from their mistakes.The tiny bird cages are currently being used exclusively to hold stock--as it should be! Thanks PetSmart.

PetsmartBeen wanting to write this review for a few weeks. However couldnt put it into words. Anyways, for a long time, I wanted a cat. Never really had the courage to go get one. Finally decided Im going to do it. Early Saturday morning got up and drove to Petsmart. Walked in the cat locker and picked out a kitten. So in line the ladies like, would you like a cat carrier?. (I had the cat under my arm). No thanks, Ill carry it. Walking out, in walks a Irish Wolfhound. My new kitten bolts. Runs back into to the store with this 200lb Irish Wolfhound in hot pursuit. Rounding the corner the dogs leash gets caught on some 4 story aquarium filled with fish. Aquarium falls over crashing to the floor, thousands of gallons of water race towards the scorpion and tarantulas isle. Water crashes underneath the isle and out splashes like 20 scorpions and spiders and I could of sworn I saw a snake. At this point I had ran across the store because the water filled scorpions had ran through the entrance. Approaching the back of the store I looked up and the dog chased the kitten to the top rack almost touching the bar joists. Weaving in and out of the racks, once again the dogs leash get hooked. This time to a sprinkler head. The head breaks off and all the heads pop in the whole store. Kitten jumps off the rack and I catch him midair. We go running through the water and pass a lady with 3 tarantulas crawling up her back.

Took great care of our guinea pig under their warranty policy. I was very happy.

Weve just adopted 2 puppies from H.E.L.P, and Petsmart gave us so much FREE stuff! We love that they they also donate back to H.E.L.P. when you inform them youve adopted! Also, the employees know their stuff, although weve had dogs for almost 30 years, we still have questions, and Petsmart employees have the answers!However, dont like Banfield after several bad experiences. Do yourself a favor and find a good local vet. The little bit of extra money spent is worth your pets life.

Buy all of my pets necessities here. Have bought hamsters through this store since 2014, all healthy, and lasted full long lives. Always friendly staff when asking for fish, etc. Love stopping in and seeing the cats.

Dont go to pet land, they have puppies in cages.Petsmart has good classes for dog training. They also almost always have what you need. There is also a Banfield vet in the store.You can bring your leashed dog in with you. The staff is good with my dogs.They carry crates, beds, dog door attachments, pill pockets, booties, plenty of toys, and a massive variety of food choices.My only complaint is that they offer Packer clothing for pets. We are not in cheese head territory! Get that out of your store!

I bought a Top Fin Aquaponics fish tank here. I received bad advice on which substrate to use. The tank LED lights burned out within five months. The pump continually jams. There is no filter despite the instructions commenting to change it every month (I had to make one myself from a synthetic tea bag and rubber bands). Given they pushed their own brand / product (Top Fin is a PetSmart brand) which under proper care, cleaning, and maintenance still manages to fail I have to rate them one star. A store is no better than the goods they sell.

Good inventory of products and pets:

I will not be coming back here. The sales on food are hardly sales. The price of the cat food I purchased was 1.65 on the shelf with 3 free if you buy 15 cans. The food rang up as 1.75 on the register, which, if I didnt see it would conveniently negate the sale. They are always short handed at the register and the lighting is always dim and nauseating. Then there is the donation guilt when you pay. Do your donations yourself, dont go through Pet Smart.

I was very disappointed in the Fish Department there was water all over the floor several of the tanks were not clear there was something on their windows their prices were exorbitant for the fish they had since Ive been to several other places and compared prices. I normally like PetSmart but I was very disappointed this time
