I ordered a lamp for my friend April 14 2020. Still do not have it. I paid 23 dollars in express shipping brining my total to 86 and change. Her husband is being bombed in Iraq currently. It was her birthday gift. I try to email their company and it says no longer in use. Don’t want to hear about Covid because even if they couldn’t promise two days or what ever that’s fine, it’s been over 30 days though. We still do not have a product. Yet I’ve spent 1,000 in online purchases in the last couple of months working on the house and I received all my orders. Not a single issue. Even one from China. It came super late I ordered it in February didn’t get it until May but I still got it. 🤷‍♀️ There is just no excuse at this point. I will file for stolen money Monday. I at least used my debit card to federal credit union that is located in the federal court house of our state. They will be more than happy to find out why our money is being stolen and turn the company in.

LDH is an amazing store with genuine products and some of the friendliest staff a business could ask for. Stopped into the store just on a whim and Jolie who was working there made my entire week. As I looked around the store we had an uplifting conversation that went comfortably deeper than your standard “Hi how are you”. And even though I only bough one small inexpensive item you could tell she was more interested in being kind and having a conversation than trying to sell me more. She was also extremely helpful and knowledgable with the merchandise sold there. Thank you Jolie

Beware of LDH Harmony Style. A salt lamp was purchased as Christmas gift. The item would not sit flat on the table. Vendor refused to take item back even though the website says items are returnable. Vendor refuses to stand behind their product.

I ordered a salt lamp a month ago from IDH harmony style through Groupon and was charged for the lamp. I never received the lamp, can not get in contact with the company or Groupon regarding this purchase or a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous and bad business and now states it’s out of stock. I tried contacting both companies numerous times and have not received a response from either. Very poor service!

Ive bought gemstones at the store and an LDH pendent. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I recommend his store to all of my friends.
