Janelle, Rhonda and Justine are just sweeties and are very eager to help you get into a job as quickly as possible. Their professionalism and mannerisms is as close to perfect as you can get! I was told Id hear back in a couple of weeks after my THIRD interview. Nothing. So I called to follow up, because thats what most job seekers do when actively searching for work. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a potential employee. Applied back at the beginning of May, still have heard nothing official. Its rude and unprofessional to leave people hanging. I have experience in the recruiting industry, and this is no way to do business. DO NOT recommend.

Very shady agency, not going to go into details but I urge people to think twice before going to any temp agency, much less this one!

I worked for Remedy out of Geneva they were fair I was Hired on at the company I worked for thru them. I left for better employment and then lost my job so knowing that Remedy in geneva only would offer a few select assignments with little money I found Remedy in palmyra which offered higher pay so contacted them about a job went for an interview did not get the assignment. so contacted the office to see what else they had and they were not sure if i wanted to travel that far and i told them i contacted them because the area they are in offers higher pay and had a lot of work. So I am ready to work but they were to stupid to see that i guess i even asked if there was a problem and they said no just did not think i wanted to travel an hour plus to work if the work is there and the money to pay for the ride i am able to work there lose.

Parking can be a nightmare to get to the place. Other than that the staff we dealt with were professional and friendly.
