Terri is an amazing travel agent. She is very knowledgeable about all properties. She tells you every detail and is spot on each time. We were so grateful we went through a travel agent on our recent trip to Aruba. I have used her for another trip too. I have food allergies and she contacts the hotel directly. We booked a European river cruise that was originally scheduled for 2019 October but due to personal events we had to postponed our cruise to end April. With the outbreak of COVID-19 we had to reluctantly cancel the cruise . Through the entire process of changing dates of our original cruise and the cancellation due to COVID-19, Terri was extremely helpful and patient with us providing us lots of option and information. Even though we live 13 time zones away from her, she was always prompt and provided us the highest level of service. She helped us secure a total refund on the cruise and provided information on other travel matters that she did not even arrange. Thats service beyond call of duty. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to travel anywhere in the world.

She helped me plan our 39 person family cruise, sometimes making multiple changes in one day. She offered her expert advice and guidance.
