I paid for the undercarriage wash in the soft touch bay but it doesn’t appear that car wash has that ability or it’s extremely weak. Normally I can feel jets getting all the salt out from underneath the car by spraying up.Then the car was not rinsed enough there’s still soap all over it and the dryer did not dry it at all.

Soapy as always at the self wash, fluids seem to always load fast thru the guns there. Clean in the bays and the scrub sticks work well, no grease on them. Vacuums work good and almost always clean around them. Never a hassle to get in though it always seems busy.

No lines in and out bit expensive for a wash but truck came out looking clean.

Soft touch is more like punch touch. Brush is coming apart so its uneven when spinning. Thunk thunk thunk it goes shaking your whole car. I was surprised I got out without dents.

I use the soft touch. It leaves my black car looking and feeling squeaky clean and shiny!

Beware! Stoped in for a casual car wash and the soft touch car wash damaged my car. The top brush ran across my roof and caught my roof rack the machine did not have any safety mechanism stop and forced its way straight past my roof rack snapping it off my car. I called the emergency number and was assisted immediately. The car wash claims they are not responsible for damages and says there is a sign posted. But also claims multiple vehicles have made the same mistake and suffered similar damage, yet it dosent seem like this bussiness has made any effort to resolve this issue that clearly keeps repeating itself. Very dissapointed with how the situation was handled, will not return.

Car wash is great. Only wish I could get a receipt after washing the car because I can write it off. I drive for a living.

Horrible just dont

Had some bugs on the front of car and window shield and did a horrible job on the premium setting. Been to this location in the past and did a pretty good job, but not this time. Should have went to the seneca falls drive thur carwash on (414) they do such a better job scrubbing everything off prior to going thur the car wash.

Way better than Waterloo. I used at least 3 times a wk during warmer months in the bay they have rubber stoppers for floor Matts so they dont fly off while u are spraying them. I got sick of that happening in Waterloo and started coming to this 1. Also they have soft rinse here that stops water spots from showing up which the competitor in Waterloo does not offer. I will be back thanks for the good equipment you offer.

Omg best carwash EVER!!! I went on Monday for a well overdue wash & just figured it would be like all the other, which usually leaves my car half washed, cat prints still on the hood, dirt still on the bumper, etc etc. Definitely not with this carwash! My car has never been cleaner & days later it looks like I just washed it & I have done a lot of traveling over the holiday week!!!! I definitely recommend checking out Border City Car Wash, you wont be disappointed!!!!

Perfect location for a car wash. Off the main road, yet still on a well travelled road. Comparable to other touchless and soft touch car washes...nothing fancy. Vacuums work great too!

Nice car wash. Not too crowded, clean, and has both brush and brushless bays. Costs are fair, and cars get clean. Also, self spray bays with wand, for those dirty off roaders going back to work Monday!

Place has gone down hill!! Over priced vacuum, hardly work, lost 9 bucks in the drive thru wash, called them they were sorry and wanted to send me refund or free wash cause I didnt get what I paid for at all. And still waiting for the mail, its been 7 months.

Always wash my car here, soap and wax always come out. Couldnt give five star as auto drive thru wash seems to be broke down a lot.

Touch Free worked great, but Soft Touch only half worked. Ended up leaving with a very soapy ride.

Crappy...save your money...you pay to go through the automatic wash and it don’t let you in and then you try to call the number on the website and get a fax sound in your ear and when you try to call the other number on the sign at the car wash no one answers and the machine tells you the mailbox is full so you are unable to leave a message and it hangs up...they are making a lot of money for absolutely nothing
