Bill, the head of Impact has consulted for me for about 3 years. Hes one of the smartest men Ive ever met and has a photographic memory. His computer knowledge is unmatched and hes always come through for me. Dont be afraid of using him on an hourly basis. He can do more in one hour than some can do in five.
