I was not empress with this facility on this visit. I have used this facility for about 5 years if not longer. They have always provided good service until this visit. I came in requested full service as always. The technician did not check my air filter, brake fluid, radiator level, transmission fluid level and had to ask for vacuum of front carpet, air pressure check. I had a mail card stating I get $15.00 off full service, I paid more this time than I have paid in the past. the on duty manager stated the prices I paid were correct. I asked if there was an increase of cost and he stated he didn.t know. He was new at this facility as well as all the employees there. All the employees there were not wearing standard uniforms they usually wear at this facility. They also seemed unaware of duties they should be performing. I hate to give them a bad rating but there are things that should be done correctly.

The store in Gautier is the BEST!DONT BOTHER GOING TO OCEAN SPRINGS/ ST MARTIN!THEY DONT HONOR THEIR OWN MAILER COUPONS. SECOND TIME IVE BEEN THROUGH THE BS. THEY NEED A NEW MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE TRAINING.

Quick service, great customer service, and reasonably priced for synthetic oil.

The mechanics were excellent! They knew exactly what they needed to do and how to get it done in a timely manner! My car was serviced at a reasonable cost and very efficiently! I will be coming back for future needs!

The first time I took my car there this guy stood at my window, trash talked my car, and said I probably over paid for it and was completely obnoxious. I asked my Dad to to do my next oil change because I couldnt afford it. He said he would take it there and I said nothing because I figured they would be less obnoxious to him. Three months later the splash guard under my car has fallen down and two of the four points for bolts have been stripped. They either did it or saw it and said nothing. I cant prove anything enough for recompense but save yourself the anguish.They get another star for responding but Ive called that number 3 times and no one answers, then it goes to a fax modem. Still not recommending.

Quick service and the techs I have dealt with (3) were all super nice and professional.

Appreciate the good job they done because they got my dust cover on like it was supposed to nobody else can do seems like and Ill be back again and again

I am sure due to the Covid situation the business was undermanned, only one bay open. This was my second attempt as they were out of the oil I needed the first time and would not let me go to the parts place next door to get some. Also their washer fluid pump was out and they could not figure out an alternate way to fill the reservoir. I have come here for years, generally good service but today was an exception.

Did not provide the list of services that was checked as completed. Did not return my unused Mobil One Synthetic oil that I provided. rest room was dirty and serviced no paper towels. Did not do an evaluation of my engine or recommend any services. Do not spend your money at this location it aid a real dump!

I’ve used the American Lube in Gautier for five years now and consistently have had a great experience. As a woman, I particularly appreciate that the staff always provides a high level of respect and gives me honest, fair recommendations for my car maintenance.

This is my oil place...no other. They treat me like a human not money. Pay 40 for oil change and got my truck cleaned and head lights restored for free. This business sets an example others should follow.

Excellent customer service! Drew went above and beyond to ensure my twenty year old vehicle was safe and secure. I asked him to check the belts. Not unexpectedly, the belts were old and worn. He recommended I take my vehicle to the store in Ocean Springs where the manager had more expansive mechanical skills . Within less than two hours I had my oil changed and a new belt on my van at two separate stores, and all for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with the service and value of American LubeFast!

I specifically called for a quote prior to taking my vehicle, I provided year, make, model, everything needed to give me an accurate price for a full synthetic oil and filter change. I was quoted $47.99 for the service, then I received a coupon in the mail for 20% off ANY SERVIVE, so naturally I took my vehicle to the location in Gautier, MS. Once the service was completed I went to the desk to pay, and much to my surprise they would not accept the 20% off ANY SERVICE coupon. They said it wasnt for oil changes it was for a POWER 5 service, which was not stated anywhere on the coupon. Then to top it off, he charged me $63.33 for the oil change, after quoting me $47.99 for my specific vehicle. I then asked why so much and he said it took an extra quart of oil and a filter upgrade, now shouldnt that have been realized when I told him what vehicle I was bringing in. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION THEY WERE DECEPTIVE AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I went in to have my chassis greased the guy told me I didnt have any greased fittings and I know it had grease fittings. I told him it did and he said ok let me look. Afterwards I got home and found that only the bottom ball joints had been greased not the tie rod ends and upper ball joints. It was free but I was willing to tip the guy ten dollars to do the job and he blatantly didnt do it.

Its overpriced but a time saver I spent almost a 100 bucks on a synthetic oil change on my 2009 Chevrolet Impala and an air conditioning filter and thats with a 15% off discount coupon

STAY AWAY!!!! I went to the Gautier shop to get my oil changed and waited 45 minutes with no one coming to my car to help me. This guy named Terrell looked over me and had a female (who he obviously knew) that came after me, to have her car serviced as if I wasn’t even there. I then got out of my car and advised him I’ve been waiting 45 minutes before she came. He told me to pull up behind her car. I don’t think he would have even helped me had I not said anything. Very unprofessional with a horrible attitude . He acted as though he hated his job honestly.. It was a awful experience and I will not go back.👎🏾

Customer service wasnt bad. Didnt take too long. But....I had already filled my coolant & wiper fluid the day before when I had my brakes & rotors changed (I dont have any kind of leak in either one), & magically, both were bone dry when my boyfriend had my oil changed.Keep it honest guys. Its not hard to be decent & not take advantage of people just because you can tell they might not know a lot about cars.

Great service as always. Mechanics never push extra services but do make any issues known. Will was my mechanic and he was great. Today a potential employee has waited for his 11 oclock interview for over an hour. Manager showed up an hour late. Assistant manager, Terry, is a jerk. He has no respect for his co-workers. He shows no aspect of the this businesses values.

So I went in, told them what I expected...then two of them looked everything over, topped everything off and showed me why I I didnt need that service at this time!!!! Free visit! And now I know what I really need to do...fix a leak! I always go to this location! Awesome!

Be careful with this place. They will rip you off quickly. They charge about twice the price for any filters and they dont tell you the price up front before they do the work. Gene, the manager could not care less. Their corporate office will not return calls. They swindle you and then ignore you. I will not be going back to them.

The manager Gene and the staff were very friendly. I called with a problem to reset my maintenance indicator at 4:30 and Gene told me, they could do, bring it in, and no charge. I brought it in about 5:20, and it took less than a minute to fix it. The woman who did it was great and sure enough it was no chargeThanks for the awesome service.

I said all of what I said below to say, sometimes things may not go as planned, but remain faithful to what or whom has been faithful to you. Theyve been great to me with either car I have serviced over the 17 years Ive lived here.I always use this location. I stopped by after work Wednesday, and their internet was down, so they had to do everything manually. I decided not to wait and would catch them another time.I got up first thing Saturday morning to have my oil change. Well - the same issue I experienced the other day affected their compressor too, so someone was out working on it.I was asked to wait, or I could come back in 30 to 40 minutes. I was unable to wait because I needed other service done at another location.Needless to say, I went back afterwards, and I was quickly taken care of. The entire team is friendly, and although they work quickly, its done right.

Was told price was $79 but when checked out it was $97. I will not be back.
