I used them last year. Got roughly 10 pounds of smoked sausage links.. been eating deer for over 45 years and I made a mistake and gave out a lot of the deer eat as I tagged out... after eating that smoke sausage I was very upset I gave a big portion away... will be looking to get 40 pounds of it this year n keep the freezer door locked....oh I got it back in roughly a week!!!! Quick return!!!

I have been using Jamey for all my wild game processing ever since he opened up 10 years ago. He has the cleanest processing facility that I have ever seen. His summer sausage and link sausage is amazing. I drive all the way from Lampasas to take my game there. If you have never tried J4D you should. I promise you will be very pleased.

My wife and I had a huge longhorn and 2 wild hogs processed by jamey. We were expecting it to take awhile to get our meat back but were amazed at the short amount of time Jamey took care of our game. We were so happy with the amount of meat and the quality of packaging we received back. I would more then highly recommend Jamey to anybody and everybody that ask for a processor. Lastly the prices were among the cheapest we have ever payed. You would think that with the cheap price you would get cheap product but it just isnt the case here. Go give Jamey a chance to exceed your expectations.
