I have been beyond pleased with the service that Luke provides. Not only does he take care of all my pool needs (netting, vacuuming, filter cleaning, brushing, ALL chemicals) whats even more important is his knowledge and expertise. He has educated me so much on pool maintenance and has incredible patience with teaching me about the pool. He is readily available for any questions. He takes great pride and has a passion for his business. Very thankful to have found him! He has been maintaining my pool for the past 4 + months and I will continue to use his business. Great experience. Called for them to vacuum my pool with an external vacuum and total cleaning. They scheduled for a Saturday a couple day later. Got a call Saturday morning to reschedule due to weather (it was pouring rain). They came out on Sunday morning and did a fantastic job. Explained everything needed afterwards and scheduled a return trip. They will be my pool service company maintaining my pool year round for sure.

I would like to say What did I have to do to my pool this year, nothing. I just got in and splashed around. I didnt have to buy any chemicals, shock, water testers, no pool acid, I mean nothing. I didnt even have to test the water. Luke took care of everything. This past year 2020 was the year of rain, and my water never turned green or had one ounce of algia in it. If you are weary about getting a pool service , thinking its another payment you have to pay , rethink , it saved me money because I didnt have to buy any chemicals. None . Luke provided everything. He vacuumed, cleans, and test the water. If you think there is a problem he comes running to check it out. I went with a major pool service in Gaston County that drained my pockets . ASAP pool service is very affordable . Would I recommend them, yes,yes, and yes. If you want one less worry and want someone that really knows about the world of pools , call Luke.
