Weve received excellent customer service and great responsiveness when we need something by a deadline.

Communication could have been much better. Other than when the very first proof was ready for review I received no calls during the process. I had to call twice and and stop by twice in order to know when the 2nd set of proofs were ready and when the order was ready for pick. Not upset. Just giving feedback!
