I have never had any issues with insurance. Every single month I get a notice that my bill hasn’t been paid, when it has, and every month I’m told it was an error. Now they just doubled my monthly payment without warning and stole it out of my account. They are unresponsive. The one and only time I needed to utilize my policy (not at fault) my agent was unavailable and I was put on an endless hold. Never had anyone follow up and my car still isn’t repaired.

I purchased home owners Ins. through Watson Insurance Agency. My agent did all the leg work and found the best coverage for the least amount of money. I have been with them for three years and I am very pleased with their service.

Unfortunately they have too much work. I tried since April to get 13 policys for rental property moved over. Brandy is too busy to call you back in 6 months not once did I get a return phone call. Im not convinced anyone even tried. I guess they have too many clients.
