I am a tenant at one of their properties I have been reaching out for almost 2 months for someone to come fix my ac emailed and phone conversation no one never came out totally ignored me I pay my rent on time I have a 2 year old daughter and we were suffering with the heat waves we have been getting for the last 2 months. Very humid inside my apartment worst than outside. I finally had to go buy me a new ac I will be taking that out of my rent providing them with a receipt. I have my original contract and documentation of each time i reached out

My field agent was Faith she took her time explaining the online portal for me and all the services that’s provided on there for me. She was very professional and her energy was amazing. I was nervous at first because this my first rental by myself but she made the moment perfect. ✨ I couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

We need 2 garbage cans at 801 East 32nd Ave!!!!!! Look at this garbage we have woods in front of us n in the back of us!!!!!!! We will have to deal with raccoons , rats, if this garbage keep being like this!!!! It seems like they REFUSE TO GIVE US 2 GARBAGE CANS ONE ON EACH END OF THE BUILDING!!!!! This is a 3 building apartment complex!!!!!!! CYNTHIA WILLIAMS KEPT THIS BUILDING UP TO PART!!!!! It seems like we are GOING TO HELL!!!!!! The NEW OWNER NEEDS TO DO A SURPRISE VISIT!!!!!!! I found a house i wanted to apply for. Someone replied to me but only texted me. As soon as I paid my background check money never heard from that person again. 2 days later I wrote an email about it. I said this is a very important moving by April 1st. That person responded to me then said stop sending them things what they asked for. And thats it. 100% scammed who all have my information.

I understand the process on the way these companies work and with that being said this company is a rip off they take your money and and don’t bother helping you with anything.At first they both were very polite and helpful, always answering the calls and giving info that was asked for. After you get denied they don’t answer your calls and if they do it’s picked up and hung back up. When I finally got on the phone with Nicole she passed me over to Julie and she had the worst attitude, came off rude had no info for me acted as if I was a worthless human being not worthy of talking to. That’s very unprofessional so before I snapped out of it and actually said something that wasn’t worth my time I hung up. This isn’t the first time with this company that this has happened so be careful with this company.

Olson Property Services is absolutely AMAZING!!! They are organized and have an online system to pay rent, see your current account, report any issues that need to be taken care of, etc.. They are quick with responding and making sure to communicate that they are working on a solution. This has been a great experience working with Olson! Their whole team is great and pleasant to work with, but we especially appreciate the services of Clyde and Tim (My favorites, lol) I would recommend Olson Property Services every time.

Been living in my apartment at 809 E 32nd Ave in Gary for eleven years and my air-conditioning went out over a month ago and now theyre telling that they dont have to supply me with air.

They were amazing at making myself and my family feel welcomed! They have great customer service and we’re extremely professional. This company made the transition of moving for my family very smooth and comforting. I see a great tenant/landlord relationship with this company moving forward and have also recommended them to my friends and family.

Terrible business practices. Would not fix any problem. Made everything a hassle. Would demean clients. Rude managers. Do not rent from here. Sent rude emails on the holidays. Scammers.

BEWARE: IF YOU TAKE CARE OF THE HOUSE, TAKE BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER PICTURES. THEY WILL SUE YOU FOR DAMAGES AND YOU WILL LOSE. THEY TRIED TO PRESENT FALSE PICTURES THEY CLAIMED WAS A BEFORE PICTURE, BUT WAS IN FACT A PICTURE OF AFTER THEY DID REPAIRS. WE TOOK CARE OF THE HOUSE, WE DID MANY REPAIRS. THEY SAID THERE WHERE LEAVES ON THE ROOF IN COURT. BUT WE MOVED OUT DURING WINTER SHOW WAS COVERING EVERYTHING. WE HAD A PET DEPOSIT BUT WHERE TOLD IT DIDNT COUNT AGAINST THERE CLEANING BILL. HAVE A LAWYER READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE AND YOU WILL FIND IT IS PREDATORY ON PEOPLE WHO ARE DESPERATE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE. IF THEY AGREE TO DO ANY REPAIRS GET IT IN WRITING. I PERSONALLY CAN NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO OLSEN BECAUSE I HAD SUCH A POOR EXPERIENCE.

Very unprofessional company they are really good for wasting your time.

Tom and his team is extremely knowledgeable while being efficient at what they do concerning real estate. They closed a home for a client of mine extremely fast which was a unique situation in which was very huge because we were against the clock. Me and the sellers are very appreciative of their help in buying the home.

I can not recommend anyone support this company. They bought out the warehouse we rented and they’re treating they’re tenants very poorly. One of our neighbors tried to break into our unit and half his key was stuck in our lock. They have extra keys but they never investigated. Now they’re treating us like animals. We’re not allowed to use their bathrooms anymore and they’ve locked us out of the main building. I can no longer help my father when we have shipments come in. We usually have a 4 hour window and have to process merchandise. Me and my toddler need facilities when we work that long, but do these guys care? NO. Do not support these terrible, heartless people.

Great place to rent from

If you want unprofessional, bare minimum effort, grass shot all over the place, nothing cleaned up, clumps of grass left on your lawn, and quotes written on a scrap piece of paper, these are the guys for you. If you want your lawn done by professionals who don’t tick off your neighbors by shooting grass onto their walkway, door mat, and windows, and actually have business cards and invoices to write quotes on, then don’t bother calling Olson Property Services. If they ever do this again, I’ll file a complaint with the police and Chamber of Commerce.

This company is not a good company they do not know how to handle business at all!
