Very unprofessional staff!! But yet they believe that they know it all. They will never return your calls nor relay messages, I have been patient with them and have been deeling with them for many years and they yet have not done nothing to fix the issue or help!

If I could I wouldnt give them a star, they make a lot of mistakes when doing their job for being in the gossip, they dont know how to do their job correctly and they dont focus on what they do, they are not serious people.I already went back twice to fix misspellings because they do not pay attention to what they do;I do not recommend this place at all.

This year dont let these criminals take advantage of you. All of them, even the one who is supposed to be the boss with all her certificates, are pure fraud. They demanded uniforms, a dead son, and other false things from us. When we asked them they responded with we have our ways and here we have our receipts that we can deliverThey gave my in-laws and sister-in-law a business, which they dont even have. All this just so that they can get good money for filling it. Nor can rats see your face. I already ran into one of the 3 who helped us, and she was such a coward. He couldnt even give me his face because he knows what hes doing is bad.I have experience filing taxes for businesses and for the county and state, so I know that they are doing pure fraud.Ill never come back here again

The. Old suly or whatever it is called is the most rude thing that does not have any interest in helping you want to charge you even for making a change of address with irs. When you can call the offices of irs to make the change without any cost .. she told me of course for 20 dollars they made the change to me .. it is a fortune that they charge to make your tax ..... I do not recommend it ...nothing
