The owner here had my daughters quinceanera dresses for over a months time and even called me to tell me their dresses were ready and when I arrived two days later for pick up I was told to come back in 30 minutes, I then asked to see the dresses and they were thrown under a box and a bunch of other dresses with the plastic bags they came in ripped, I asked the owner if she had even done any work to them and she said no. I asked her why I was told theyd be ready within a week and now a month had passed and also why she called to tell me the dresses were ready two days prior, she began to yell and lie and so I asked for a refund, she refused to give me my money back so I now have to go thru my bank to dispute this charge. She stated she had no money to refund and she refused to alter my daughters dresses even though services were paid for, she acted surprised when I got upset because who wouldnt be upset after a month of waiting on simple alterations, being lied to and after seeing the way these expensive dresses were tossed under some boxes...and then she even had the nerve to start yelling at me saying I should have called before I walked in as if that would have made a difference, also she had supposedly altered the dresses once before where they were still hanging off my daughters shoulders so I doubt she ever altered them in the first place. This business is in trouble and closing down soon and the owner is so overwhelmed that she cant keep up with her work any longer, if you want decent honest work done then go elsewhere for alterations....

She is amazing! My wedding dress has very delicate material on the top, and if I hadn’t documented every place she altered I wouldn’t have noticed the change! Very pleasant, very professional, and fair pricing. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with people downtown and go here instead! Thank you!
