ServiceMaster did an excellent job with a second leak in the living room. The team was extremely professional and was very pleasant to work with. Could not be more satisfied with the work they did on our room.

Service Master Restore was referred to us by our plumber. They called me Tuesday. We set up our appointment for Thursday at 9 a.m.They no call, no showed...after several calls, voicemails and even texts the supervisor FINALLY answered the phone at 11:00...He was the one who had set up my appointment. He acted like he didnt know where his team was or why they didnt show up...now I have wasted my day. I am self employed. This cost me TIME & $!We will stick with Serv-Pro. They are punctual and communicate well.
