I got cut by Alex - awesome fade and a great beard trim.. and I went in there looking pretty rough tbh. Cut was clean and even, he lined up everything perfect, Ill definitely be back. There wasnt any forced small talk, and they have music playing so theres no awkward silence - if youre more on the quiet side with new people like I am, youll appreciate the chill environment.

Near impossible to get a hair cut for some reason. Turned away as walk in and cant make appointment over phone. 🤦‍♂️

Chicago is my barber since way back at razor’s and has always been professional, on time and always does a awesome Cut. I had been going to Dapper barber since they opened until my favorite barbers moved. I tried out 2 of their barbers and the quality/professionalism was not the same as it used to be.I was able to book an appointment online with Alex and the quality was top notch. Im glad I was able to find another barber I can trust with my grooming needs. Will return again.

I’ve always passed this place and never thought to go in. I needed a haircut last minute and every where I went they were full or didn’t attend you. I walked in and I was greeted right away. I didn’t have an appointment but they told me that they can still help me out. The professionalism of this place is amazing and they treat their customers right. Definitely coming back.

First time getting a haircut at this place. Excellent service, and atmosphere. I was a walk in. They were about to close in about 40 minutes. They fit me in no problem. BEST HAIRCUT IVE HAD IN YEARS! My barber was friendly, and professional. Price was very reasonable. The place is clean, and I felt comfortable and welcome. Very pleasant experience. This is my regular place from now on.

This shop it’s by far the best barber shop I’ve been in. The atmosphere, professionalism, and customer service are just outstanding. I love how they work with my schedule and always manage to give me the best service no matter at what time of the day or night I go in. There are many other barber shops popping around my area, but non of them compare to the quality of service I’m gonna get at endless barbershop.

Danielle is one of the greatest barber I’ve ever had. The shop is great and people are super friendly. On top of that they offer free water bottles and even some liquor if you’re above the age of 21 of course. Great atmosphere and will be coming back for sure.

Alex is the best barber who has ever laid clippers to my beautiful, delicate head. Its like theyre making love to my head more or less a haircut. Luis and Frank hook it up too. Honestly all 3 of them are extremely good at what they do and I dont trust anyone else cutting my hair. Ive never had a bad experience with them and I doubt I ever will. I always leave that shop feeling like a new man (Ryan Gosling) if you will lol but seriously come here and youll never want to go anywhere else

If you’re looking for good modern haircuts or at least an ok fade, then this isn’t the place for you. The fades are very uneven as I’ve experienced for myself and the other people I saw get their hair cut. They either cut to little or too much hair on top. I highly advise people to not visit this barber shop. I spent 3 hours in a chair where the people were very unprofessional and gave me a mediocre cut. Do Not Go Here. There are plenty other barbers in Garland. Save yourself time and money.

Daniella is the only person I trust with my hair. I have followed her to a few shops amd she is worth the travel. I have an asymmetrical cut, its shaved on one side and long on the other, I also get a design. Its hard to find someone with this much talent! I would reccommend her to anyone.

Stopped in to get a hair cut and the guy said it was going to be $35 rather than the usual $20. 1 customer in the chair, nobody waiting, and 1 barber watching TV. I won’t be stoping in there ever again!

There is alot of barbershops in garland. But this is only place to get groomed gentlemen. Dont look elsewhere and book an appointment!

I thought I found a new Barbeshop but after the bad experience from Chicago I won’t be going here anymore. I booked a appointment with him through there online app on Monday for a cut on Friday at 10am we’ll I got there early and he showed up late then he took someone else who had called him. I showed him my booking and he said “sorry I don’t know what to tell you?” What’s the reason for appointments if your not follow them? I guess maybe that’s the reason why he got fired from Dapper? Bad apple for the shop. Sorry Alex I don’t want others to waste there time or money on this clown. Overall the other barbers are nice and professional but I won’t go back because Of the bad experience from Chicago.

Bad experience twice 1st im getting a high fade and the barber decided to use the blade insted of clippers and cuts me then i go back for my next haircut and he leaves my line so off it was making a wave and pussed it out to wide thanks alot ezzy Canelo is taking care of my cuts now

This barbershop surpassed my expectations by far. I came in just looking for a quick cut, and I recieved THE BEST customer service Ive ever recieved in a berber shop, even though I came in within minutes of them closing my boy Ezzy still took his time with the cut, didnt rush at all, didnt make faces for having to stay a little later after closing. Just everything about this shop has made me want to come back and only getting my cuts here from now on.

I was a walking customers i do stand that a i have to wait for my turn, but it was 4 guys cutting hair 3 of say they cant take me because they were book after 50 min 1 guys left, another just clean station and watching his cell the other soon was done talking with the guy that supposed to cut my hair so he start getting delay because the other guy was distracting him i may be wrong but I dont think its right customer service

This place has NO customer service. I felt like it was a bother to them when I came in. NO greet, NO smile. I tried to go back to give them a second chance and they were CLOSED when their hours of operation posted said they should be open. Wont give them a third chance.
