This place is horrible! Pam is rude and has quite an attitude! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in all of my life. Might I say that I paid cash for my vehicle, 36,000.00. I bought an extended warranty for my vehicle to the tune of nearly $8,000, and was cheated by this company because of personal issues. Nearing the end of my service contract with maybe 6 to 8 months left on it, I was met with every excuse in the book as to why they could not service my vehicle covid you name it! Eventually the mileage ran out and the service warranty ran out! FORD WINS!!! LITTLE ME..... LOOSER!

Avo is the Best Salesperson you could ever ask for! If I could give h Im m a grade it would be 100+. His customer service skills are excellent, he goes above and beyond, he tried to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The finance Manager was nice however there was a miscommunication that happened! When I went back to take care of more business the Finance Manager made up for the miscommunication that left me speechless and Grateful. I would recommend this dealership because they give you A1 customer service, they make sure you are completely satisfied in every sense of the word! Im loving my car. Mr. Greg Lusk is the greatest person and sales. He tells you everything you need to know and shoots straight up with you. He does not just sell you a car but genuinely cares. I have purchased 6 cars from Jim and grandson and son as well. I you go to Prestige ask for Greg Lusk only. He is the Best of the Best.

1) Last 2 visits for oil changes they have broken something minor. Its hard to prove when you find out 2-4 days later. (-2 stars)2) They take a long time to notify me my vehicle is ready. (-1 star)3) I asked for service records of my vehicle and was promised they would be emailed to me but I never received them. (-1 star)4) Their prices are not too bad. (+1 star)

Top Customer Service! While driving through Dallas, 1000 miles from home, I got a powertrain warning on my Raptor. Stopped into the Prestige Ford service department to see if they could help. Right away my Service Advisor, Jerry Jones, grabbed Anthony Stovall, Shop Foreman, to take a look. They were able to diagnose and reset the system for me and take the truck for a drive to make sure it was functioning properly again. Within 30 minutes I was on the road and confident that it was safe to drive the truck again. So grateful for the quick and fantastic service these two gentleman and Prestige Ford were able to provide! I can definitely recommend them!!

My 2017 F-250 has been taken into the service department at Prestige several times since it was purchased, for the same problem: the radio: my phone wont connect, the radio quits working on its own, the radio will just freeze, etc. Since 2017 through now 11/2020. Now Im told warranty does not cover the radio, in my opinion the warranty should cover because its bumper to bumper but most importantly, the radio was defected from day one, FORD should stand behind its name and replace the radio in my truck with a new one, in this case: warranty shouldnt matter. Ive been a Ford customer for over 30 years, a radio will not cause a burden in Fords financial account.

I used to go here a lot especially since its two miles from my from my house. Everything was going fine, I made an appointment for Friday at 2:00 and dropped off even earlier at 11:45am. When I checked on my car status on Saturday they said they werent going to look at it until Monday. What sense does that make? I told them that if they would have told me that I would have waited till Monday so I could have a car for the weekend. It wasnt until after many phone calls, pushing to get my car out, and mention the word complaint did I get any results.They do good work but they made it sound like I was in the wrong and that they were doing me a favor by getting the car out so quickly. So they fixed my car approximately one to two hours which is fantastic but they were going to wait until Monday to do it.

Customer services wishy-washy I was trying to schedule an appointment and then the person got turned smart with me on the phone and then when I asked for customer service I guess they anticipated I would hang up if they just let me hang it on the phone but I did not waited. I guess every place is like Walmart they want your money but no customer service is involved! Once again prestige Ford you disappointed me with your customer service. Thanks for not raising my expectations!

After calling numerous times took 6 weeks for them to finally have a loaner....haha wow got car back yesterday after almost 4 months to rebuild my transmission which should have been completely replaced since it was still well under bumper warranty and not only did it breakdown on the way home but they also charged me for oil change and after all the hassle of them w trucks and getting back to dealer it has expired tags...# lemonlaw

Just tried calling in to set up an appointment for my car inspection, but the auto answer phone system is loaded with tons of high pressure advertisements. After wasting about 4 minutes of my time saying no to these ads, the system then hung up on me before I could even talk to an actual person. Ive come here for the last few years, but I guess its time to find somewhere else.

Ive had my service done at Prestige since North Central Ford damaged my hybrid during service and sent it here to get it fixed. Never had any issues with this place and Jeff in service makes sure everything was done before you pick up the car. Definitely will continue to use them for service and when I decide to trade in my car.

I am so happy with the service I received at Prestige! I took my Jeep to get repaired after a collision and they did an excellent job. From the time I walked in the first time to when I picked my car up, the staff was incredibly attentive. I have to give a special shout out to Dale. He was so nice and explained every step of the process thoroughly. I highly recommend them and they will definitely be my go to place!

I was concerned about a check engine light. Rick had me stop in and checked the code to determine the problem. He confirmed it was under warranty, ordered the parts needed, walked me over to make arrangements for a covered rental car and scheduled the repairs.I came in worried and left calm with a plan that caused the least inconvenience to me. Rick did a great job taking the extra effort to make this a much better experience.

I had some transmission warranty work done (recall work) on my Ford Fiesta. They were great, gave me a wonderful loaner, and fixed my car without question. I would highly recommend them. I will buy and service my next car here, the customer service from Cody was fantastic. I felt like they called my time and car.

I can’t remember the salesman’s name that assisted us at this dealership but he was awesome to say the least. Very high-energy, and helpful. He let us test drive a few cars to see which one fitted our needs and offered a great experience. Will be coming back here to buy a vehicle! I can’t speak for other salesman that work here, but this guy definitely earned 5 stars.

This place is great. They are all very helpful and accommodating. They work with you to get you a decent price. There very good about working with you for a loaner or rental car if needed. For a dealership they are one of the better ones they dont seem like they are just out to get your money. I recommend this dealership for repairs to everyone!!

I called 3 days in row to cancel and reschedule an appointment. No return call. The help desk on the website made contact with me and recommended another number. I called it. No one answered and I left a message. I called North Central Ford and they answered and schedule an appointment, I talked to an individual briefly about my issue with the vehicle and they sent me a confirmation for a meeting next week. Im very sorry but all I asked for from Randall Reed Ford was to communicate.

The work was fine. However, my truck was not cleaned. Not even a quickie wash. Then they called and said my truck was ready to pick up. I got there, paid the bill and a porter was asked to pull my truck up for me. The porter was attitudinal and sluggish. Typical millennial. It took him over 30 minutes to bring my truck. When I asked why I took took so long, he said it was dead. (Battery I presume). And then he walked off as offended he had to account for the delay. My service manager was great, first class. However, the schmuck porter will keep me from returning.

My car took one week longer to be fixed than they had initially told me. The staff is very unresponsive and does not keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. To top it all off, when I got in my car to leave, it did not start. A mechanic had left my lights on all night and drained my battery on my new Honda Civic. They did not apologize or compensate me in any way for these very neglectful mistakes. I do not recommend this place.

I have been to this service department over a dozen times in the last 4 years. I was sold a Ford by Carmax that has had a lot of issues that are luckily covered under my extended warranty plan, Ford has always taken great care of me even though I hate my car!

I have been so impressed with my service writer at Prestige Ford. I had to have my car towed to the nearest Ford because my transmission module went out. I am in hardship at this time, so I havent been able to get my car fixed, but I have been very impressed with the compassion that the dealership has extended toward me. Thanks so much!

Hey, nobodys perfect, and Prestige is far better than these reviews. I bought my car there and get all of my service done there. They are courteous, professional, and honest. The service usually takes longer than Id like, but they have all the service on record so when I trade it in they will know all the service was performed at the proper intervals.
