I purchased a truck from Jason at Kendall Auto less than six months ago. Jason came highly recommended from my company, which makes this even harder to write. At the time, Jason assured me this vehicle had a brand new engine, and that a considerable amount of other parts and components where recently replaced, as Jason had owned this vehicle prior. At the time, this truck had just over 240000 miles and Jason assured me that if I brought the truck to him he would honor a warranty that would cover parts... No labor. At the time, i was being pressured from my organization to purchase a vehicle, so I had little choice but to agree. Furthermore, I made the mistake of not paying attention to the quality of tire and what kind of rims/tires the truck needed... 22s as it were are difficult because no one has them on hand... The truck ran fine for a couple of months until those tires had to be replaced... Only 3000 miles after I bought the truck. Increasingly, more and more, issues began to arise with this vehicle... Coolant lines needing to be replaced, oil pressure senders and sensors going bad... My dashboard backlight going out (they are not individual lamps, but a whole piece that needs to be replaced) and to top it off- the knock sensor in the brand new engine Jason claimed all began showing signs of wear and needed changing... Fast forward to today- 255,000 miles on the frame - Ive sunk close to $2500 already, owing $2800 still and still needing close to 1k work... Igo to ask Jason to to honor his promise for a warranty on the knock sensor and the dash light as I feel they pertain to the year warranty... What do I get as a response? Defensive rhetoric and accusations of not taking care of the vehicle... This guy will go back on his word and professional promises to his customers. I wish I could continue but at this point I will not be doing any further business with this establishment.

Kendall autohaus does timely work. You can trust they do quality work and give you more than fair prices. The owner is extremely humble and nice.

If you want quality service for a reasonable price and someone who is completely honest this is the place for you. We have taken two different vehicles to them and Jason was very honest, price was extremely reasonable, he didn’t try and sell us on in needed repairs and haven’t had issues since. We had another issue with another car and Jason suggested we try something before bringing it in to save us some money and it worked. While Jason does have a business to run and a family to support, his loyalty to customers to keep them coming back matters more than than charging higher prices or selling unnecessary services. I will not taking ke my vehicles to anyone else if I don’t have too.

I am very picky on mechanics because I never want to be taken advantage of. My co-worker (single mom) had recommended Jason’s Automotive shop, so I went ahead and took her advice. I had called beforehand to check on availability on when I could bring by my car and explained what the problem was. The gentleman was so nice and said I would bring it in the next day so he could check what the problem was. I was glad I had taken it to him since he found where the leak was (a hose was loose), plus, turned out that one of my motor mounts was broken. He had called me to explain what he found and how much they repair would be, before working on anything so there wouldnt be a and surprise additional repair and charge! I have told my whole family and friends about Kendall AutoHaus about how honest, great service and affordable they are! If I ever need anything else, I will be sure to give them Jason’s info. Honest and fair service people are hard to find. THANKS Jason!

Sold me a car that proceeded to stop running within 2 weeks. Mechanic came out said it needed a new motor, and they obviously sold it to me knowing this. Do not buy from these guys. They will screw you over.
