I contacted Elite Auto Werks and spoke with Tim (Owner) about a Blackout package and painting the brake calipers on my 2021 Nissan Armada. Tim gave me a fair estimate, so I dropped it off and he went over the work order (paint chrome trim, grills, door handles, badges and smoke mirror turn lights). I ordered a new set of wheels and tires, dropped them off and they installed them. The vehicle looks amazing and would recommend anyone looking for high quality work.The workmanship and quality was amazing. Everyone that I interacted with from the front desk to the shop was very friendly and courteous.

Elite Auto Werks is the only place I will take my hellcat for any additional work needed from body kits to tires to engine work. I was having a hard time getting ANY shop to balance my tires/rims and went to literally 6 different place before reaching Tim at Elite Auto Werks. He got me in and was the first one to let me know my tires were worn which he found out using the Road Force machine the correct way. Once they were done, I didnt have the issue any longer. Elite Auto Werks is a well-distinguished auto repair and body shop in the Dallas County area. Being without professional knowledge in car repairs, I often felt scammed after I dealt with various auto shops. Not here though. Mr. Tim and his staff are usually on one accord when it comes to the results, attention to details, taking responsibility for contingent errors, and willingness to please and work with you if you have or lack full coverage insurance. After a recommendation a couple years ago, I have visited Mr. Tim’s full service shop for majority of my needs & questions, and any issues regarding my Infiniti G37. The shop specializes in servicing a variety of luxury and high-end performance vehicles at a fraction of the price you would potentially receive elsewhere. Previously, my vehicle was virtually totalled, but the technicians at Elite Auto Werks were able to thoroughly repair it, thus saving me time, expenses, and the hassles of obtaining a new vehicle. My Front Bumper, Bumper Reinforcement Bar, & Energy Absorber were replaced. My Hood and Quarter Panel were aligned. Lastly, my slightly bent Frame was straightened and aligned. Both OEM or quality aftermarket parts were a possible option upon request. Now, my Infiniti G37 looks and drives considerably great. Furthermore, Mr. Tim’s shop did not undercut their performance or the price. I am happy to be a loyal customer.

Tim is excellent. We would never take our cars anywhere else. He specializes in Foreign and Import Vehicles. We have had everything done from Batteries, Body Work, Tinting, Oil Changes, Inspections, Detail Cleaning, Dash Cam Installs and Vehicle Maintenance. He even does Custom Upholstery. Our vehicles are ALWAYS done on time even during insurance claims. We refer all our friends and Rideshare drivers to him. There isnt anyone better!

This place is my go to for my car. I had him start with body work at first like paint correction and ceramic paint protection. Then moved on to dynomating my car...WOW next level sound and love my car more than I did before. I have done this to all of my cars and it’s worth it.Next I’m gonna have him order me a new hood and have him supercharge my car.Tim is great with attention to detail, an artist with an eye. I wouldn’t trust my car(s) to anyone else. They do it all for your car, even oil changes.

7/11/18 - First time doing business with Elite Auto Werks and I don’t regret it one bit. Got in touch with Tim and he helped me make my decision. Wanted to powder coat my wheels but was overthinking on the color. Tim spent a lot of time with me choosing the right color and it felt as if he was doing work on his own car. Kept me updated each day on the status of the car. The result was great, the looks were great, the compliments I️ get on the car are still great. All for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

During the repair, Tim discovered other issues that he got them repaired without any additional labor fee. Finally he went ahead and did few maintenance at no cost. He is an honest person.

Eliet Auto Werks is the best auto repair shop Ive used in Dallas. I used them because of the rave Google reviews. Its true, they provide professional and personal service. I dropped off my car due to excessive noise and they were able to source the noise to my wheel bearings, axle, and transfer case. This was not an easy issue to work on but they took the time to carefully inspect my car and fix the issues like it was their own car. Once I dropped off my car Tims crew even gave me a ride back to work.

Im extremely picky by nature. I cant help it; its in my DNA. Perhaps you are as well. If youre looking for the highest level of quality work and attention to detail, look no further. These guys truly care about your vehicle and obviously take pride in their work. Tim was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I needed to make a paint color selection for my motorcycle and he kept me in the loop all the way through the process. He communicates extraordinarily well. How so? He worked up several samples in various colors and sent them to me via text as I was out of town at the time. In fact, once the paint was on, he actually sent me video of the painted parts to put my mind at ease. Did I ask for that? No! He just took it upon himself to do that at 9:00 p.m. that night! Who does this? Answer; nobody else Im of whom Im aware. I was blown away by the level of service here. The final product was better than anything I could have imagined! Very reasonable pricing. Customer service beyond belief. You will be amazed!

Good guys! Theyll let you take your own parts and charge you for the labor, or do it all for you too,...and they give great service. Theyre pretty honest. If they tell you something is wrong with your car, it probably is. They tried to seemingly upsell me on brakes and rotors. I hadnt looked at them myself, so I passed at that time. Three weeks later, my brakes were metal on metal. I unfortunatlely didnt use them for that repair because it was so urgent, but they were right. ...and for all you conspiracy theorists, Im very car savvy so I know they didnt cause the brake issue for me to come back or anything like that, it was legit. They also told me of 3 leaks I already knew about...so I knew they were telling me the truth on those. Theyre honest and just want you to know about your car. I would recommend them to anyone. My son used them. Hes who referred me to them. He was referred by a friend of his too. Theyre getting a lot of word of mouth business. You know that has to mean theyre pretty good! I recommend them!

Ive taken my cars to Elite Auto Werks for over 10 years now. They are very efficient and do an amazing job at competitive prices. The employees are super nice, not to mention extremely knowledgeable about what they do.

Had a little fender bender and took it over to Tim at Elite Auto Werks. Needed my vehicle back quickly and he got it back to me the next day! They took out all of the dents and buffed out all of the scratches while providing excellent customer service. Will be coming back if I have any other issues with my vehicles

I have a Lexus CT200H that needed body work. I have always been a rules girl and venturing away from the dealership was nerve racking for me. After receiving a quote from the dealership that was outrageous, a friend from my office referred me to EAW. I met with Tim and really liked him - his quote was amazing! I took the leap of faith and was so glad I did. I picked my car up on Friday (7/26) and it truly looks like a new car. Not only was the body work perfect, they detailed my car inside and out. I sincerely trust Tim and his staff and will be back to use them for my maintenance/service needs in the future. They do great work and very competitive prices on parts and labor. Owner Tim is a down to earth and honest guy. They also did a beluga exhaust for my 370z and the sound is amazing for cheap.
