I usually go to another place to get my tires filled when my tire light comes on. Their compressor didn’t work so they sent me to AAA. These guys were so nice. They checked all my tire pressure and even took the one that was low off my car and put it in liquid to see if they could see if there was a hole or something. To me, that meant the world! Thank you guys!! I’ll definitely be coming to you again!!!!

Went in all broke down and such and the prices were so right I expected at any moment Bob Barker to show himself to tell me to Spay and neuter my pets. Will use this establishment again.

Awful customer service. Got my vehicle towed to their shop because it was stalling. After a quick look they said that they could not help me and that I could not leave my vehicle there.Mechanic originally said it would be fine or a day or 2 but afterwards Habib was very rude and quick to threaten to tow my car if it was left. Very rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.

The manager Mike is very nice and trusting. I had a screw in my tire and put a plug in the previous day. They checked it out and confirmed the tire wasnt leaking and didnt try to sell me new tires. I didnt pay anything and was there less than 15 minutes.Yesterday, I went in again to change my oil and I was so happy with the service. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful shop, great service, and certainly trust worthy. The new manager is very nice, he made sure to check every tire, changed my oil, and fixed my AC with such a low price. Highly recommended, the manager is always there and the shop is open till 8 pm which is amazing. I will be back next time for my oil change.

Went here to have my horn fix so it my car would pass inspection I knew a couple of cables coming out of my steering wheel had been cut so I went and got a replacement steering wheel talked to the mechanic who said I dont know how to do that.... So basically the mechanic dont know how to be a mechanic.

Worst service ever i went to get my tire fixed ande they broke a part from my car.. the staff is awfull , rude people even the owner , the owner said he was gonna fix it and never called back , i have got there already 2 times and the owner never anwers... getting a report with police...

I thought it was my brakes that were making noise. The owner there was very professional and join inspection, there was something broken by my back wheel causing the noise. He charged me a very reasonable price to fix the problem. Will definitely keep them in mind for future auto issues.

Good price on the tires I bought although I waited about an hour and a half. Tires were not balanced properly I could tell as soon as I hit the highway. I had to take to another shop to get balanced properly. I would recommend purchasing the tires here then having them installed elsewhere. Dont stick around to hear there gimmicks about free this free that its not worth it. Also ended up spending more having to get re balanced and they charge taxes after the price agreed upon...

Too pricey for tire rotation, $30 never again after I was told $20 by someone else!!! Update 10-29-20 6:44am, I tried to get a tire repaired and based off of their website it says theyre open at 6:30. This is a lie they are closed, do not show up because they wont be open smh!!!!!! And also response to the owner, one of your guys didnt tell me the extra $10 fee, he told me it was $20 flat and and then someone told me something else!!!😡 People just avoid the headache because these jokers are JOKES!!!!!!!

Came to get my breaks and rotors changed. I brought my own parts because I’m a bargain buyer and Mike in the office offered me an outstanding price for replacing them. I usually replace them my feels but I’ve been busy lately. Would recommend 100% he works with you and is not rude like other mechanics.

I went here for an inspection on 7/1/20. The worst place ever! First of all the owner MIKE failed to do my inspection correctly. He put the wrong year of my car and the WRONG MILEAGE. How do you get 6k miles instead of 60k miles on a 5 yr old car??? After Mike failed my inspection he gave me the paper, said it failed and LITERALLY shoo me away like a damn fly. I went elsewhere where they did a correct job and did all the things he didnt do and my car passed. I will never return here.

This place right here is honestly one of the few genuine and honest auto shops left around in the DFW. Mike is a very pleasant & friendly man. I am definitely coming back for any kind of service. Came here for a tire replacement and Mike gave me a reasonable price at a fast paced result. If you are looking for a place that will be focused on you and not their pockets, this is the place. My insurance assigned tow truck driver recommended and towed my car here. Turns out he gets a kick back. The owner would not speak to us or help us once the fee was paid. We were taken advantage of, swindled, and I fully believe that my car was sabotaged.When we arrived he said he could have it fixed the next morning. He would call with a time and cost. He called at 8:45 the next morning and quoted 2 hours and $450. When we pulled up more than 3 hours later he said 20 more minutes. When it was finally done, AFTER i paid $490, he started it and a loud ticking started. He and the other two mechanics said it was fine and normal. The issue that it was brought in for was fixed. No test drive, no second look. The owner walked away and we were clearly dismissed. When we persisted, we were asked to move, we said no, this is still broken, the mechanic threatened to call the cops. Nobody would speak to us or help us. My car broke down again 5 miles down the road. Now after 6 hours on the side of the road, the cars electronics are not working either.

One day out of work my car started smoking. I called my local mechanic, and he told me not to worry about it and to come in on Sunday. It was Wednesday and i was desperate for my car to be seen. This was the ONLY mechanic shop that was open after work, and Im lucky. Im a new driver, and this is my first car. Mike immediately greeted me and noticed instantly the smoke. He inspected it, told me the part that got burnt out and how lucky i was that my car didnt catch on fire! He also did my oil change for half what i usually pay! Oil change took maybe 5 minutes, but changing the part took maybe half an hour. He helped me when i had no one, and even after all that he inspected my whole car for under $100!! Mike is my favourite mechanic, and anytime i have a car problem Ill be coming to him.

This place is nice. I googled it while I was at work nearby and headed right over. I wasn’t expecting much but I was blown away but Mike’s customer service. I explained to him I needed my break checked because my mom would’ve using my car for a trip to Kansas. He assured me he’d take care of me and even let me look at the brake pads. So I went 2 weeks ago with a spare so I can get a used tire. The tire they put on was fine until the next morning, I went back and they put in a another tire, the same thing happened within hours. So Saturday around 4pm, I was stuck on side of the road with that flat tire. I called and they told me they were on their way. I was literally 5 minutes away from them. I called 26 times and out of that, they answered 4 times. 3.5 hours later, someone finally showed up & they told me if it happens again, theyll just get me a new tire. I said, ok cool. The next day, the same exact thing happened for the 3rd tire. I called and they continue to lie that they will show up and fix it. Its been 2 weeks now and nothing happened. They dont answer unless I call from a different number because they recognize mine and now theyre saying that its my wheel and blaming it on bigger issues that werent there before. Its been TWO WEEKS.Im pregnant, I have a child, their school, work, dock appointments and I cant even use my car because they keep lying that theyre coming to fix my car.

I came up there 3 different times and my car was not fixed in the proper manner. It’s a scam you better know what your car need or they just gon do w.e. My car actually got worst after I left and they put the wrong parts in claiming that it was my back breaks which wasn’t the problem. But when I went to get it checked at a different location they said what was messed up was what this location was working on.

Place is a scam. Ordered 4 tires on a Saturday and was told they would be in Monday. Told them I would be there Thursday to install. Call Thursday morning and no tires. Was told they would be there by noon. No call back. I had to call every time. Call at 5pm and still no tires. Told them I would be there Friday morning to get my deposit back and they were closed down. Had to call credit card company to dispute.

I was stranded on I 30 headed back home to Arkansas. The two truck driver recommended this place. We arrived at 7 am, and left there at 3 pm. Although the truck was eventually fixed (2 heater hoses and two connectors) we were overcharged. The parts came from AutoZone, totalling roughly $60. He charged us $150 plus in parts! Not including $160 labor charge. AutoZone told us that the repair shop ripped us off because they gave us a print out of the parts and charges to the shop. If you go here, BRING YOUR OWN PARTS!

DO NOT GO THE OWNER IS A VERY SKILLED CON ARTIST.... HIS employee damaged my car to the extent it was undrivable. He verbally promised to make things right which he did not.... He has played games for 6 months in regards to repairing damages or providing money for the damages. Now I am a pregnant college student without reliable transportation. Recently changed the oil of our van on 01/04/20 on saturday from this store first and last. On next Monday afternoon it started leaking and we took to the store the owner looked he doesnt know where the leak is coming from, so he asked employee and he told to tight the bolt and filter. On tuesday morning again it was leaking faster than monday, its all over parking lot. I do have the video. We figure out that its overflowing from the top of oil compartment and all over engine we checked the gauge everytime its 2 above max level and we asked to take the oil out he never agreed to this he said its from sealing. Our van has no leak and it was working perfect (Ford 2002).At last our van got broke this monday 01/13/20 engine blocked.I wouldnt not go anymore and recommend this store.

As others have stated place is a scam shady business tactics contacted about some tires through offer up asked multiple times if price was correct which i was told yes get there and price has completely changed not only did they not honor agreed price but once confronted with proof of interaction through offer up they had audacity to say it was a misunderstanding when i clearly asked multiple times about price. Do yourself a favor and take your business and hard earned money elsewhere that value customer service these are not honorable people they trying to make a quick buck. Sure there will be some response from one of the scammers claiming otherwise. You have been forewarned.

Went there yesterday to get the first used tire Ive purchase in 16 years. Tire itself self seems fine, but barely made it home. My car was making grinding, rattling and banging noises and pulling hard to the right. It sounded like the whole front end of the car was going to fall off.I was afraid to drive it anymore. I had to find someone to get up at 4:30 to take my boyfriend to work and get my daughter to school this morning.I had someone follow me this morning as I drove 10 mph to go to another shop to find out that they didnt put the lugnuts on all the way and was told I was lucky to make it as far as I did, there was serious risk of the tire falling off while driving.This could have resulted in major damage to my vehicle, possible accident and potentially hurting another vehicle or persons in my vehicle or another.This wasnt a stop Id planned or intented to make yesterday, else I would have researched and read all the negative reviews and NEVER have stopped at AAA!***Unfortunately I wasnt able to even post about my experience with them without giving a star rating, which they dont deserve***
