Very professional, I called in the morning, got an afternoon appointment and then had my washer fixed within 30 minutes! GREAT JOB.

Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. The technician asked me to pay cash before repairing but he never repaired my microwave and also never replied to my messages. I feel like I was cheated. It’s been over 2 weeks already and he hasn’t came to repair my microwave yet.

Key Stone Cops of appliance repair. I had to supply step latter because technicians too short to work on the microwave. I had to supply a couple of tools because they did not have what was required. I supplied a flashlight. I supplied a zip tie because they did not have any. No Covid-19 precautions. OVER charged me because they said it required two technicians and not one {raise one BS flag}. After initial repair scheduled I tried to call back. The phone kept disconnecting after one ring about 20 times. Tried the house phone and got right through. It seems they blocked my cell phone {do not know why}.Definitely stay away from this service. Go elsewhere fast!Two stars because they surprisingly replaced the panel that was broken.
