Went to Autozone for a new battery and was helped by Alan Alvarez the parts and Sales Manager. He was patient, kind, and helpful in helping me install a new battery. His efforts to make sure the customer left with no problems was assured. I thank him for his time and service.

On Saturday night I stopped by to have my battery checked and John was so helpful! He checked it and explained what was wrong and sold me a battery and installed the same. Allen, the manager, was hands on with John and made sure everything was done correctly! Thank you guys you were a pleasured to work with! Will come back again!!!

I went there on Saturday August 28 after spending the night stranded on the road. As I walked in Alan who I believe to be the store manager greeted and listened to my issue. He then offered to personally test my battery and alternator in my vechile. He then asked me certian questions about how my car was acting. I was amazed on how knowledgable he is and above all how quickly he changed my battery. I will be coming back to get all my car needs at this location. THANK YOU ALAN❤️❤️😊😊😊

This was the absolute best service! They were super friendly when I called asking if I could bring my car in to check the battery as I had just had it jumped, so I felt confident trusting them. When I got there, Jazmin immediately took care of me at curbside, and was honest that I didnt need a new battery but just a charge. They took the battery out for me and were super acommodating during the 1.5 hours it had to charge, answering my questions about oil and offering to let me sit while I waited.Unfortunately, the nuts and bolts in my car that held the battery in place were super corroded and ended up breaking, preventing an easy reinstalation. Jazmin and her husband were incredible, taking the time to help creatively reinstall the battery in a way that could hold me over until I can make it to a mechanic after the weekend. They spent so much time working on solutions with me in the pitch dark so I could get home safely. Im so appreciative. I don’t know a single other place that would be that accommodating for a free service.I will definitely get all my car needs from this location moving forward.

I walked in and immediately got attitude. First off the two girls working were sitting down. Secondly I asked a simple question, and she basically told me I was wrong in every way, and didnt even make an effort to do her job. I went to the east rutherford Autozone and got it done with no issues and great service.

Horrible service. Went to run test for dash lights popping up. The girls working there wouldnt give me the reader unless my check engine light was on. Hire more knowledgeable staff.

Absolutely horrible. Lady at the front desk has absolutely no knowledge of cars and sold me 2 parts that I didn’t need. I returned the items which was a huge hassle. I love autozone however, this one is disappointing to say the least.

Just open and it’s as expected. Has the parts that you need and a very clean environment
