Took my mini poodle to get groomed and Ana did a fantastic job with her! I was so pleased with the result, everyone always wants to just shave my poodle because of a few knots, but Ana took the time to brush the few that she had and gave her the most beautiful haircut ! My little poodle looked so cute . I really appreciate groomers who take their time and love working with the dogs. Ana gave her exactly the haircut I wanted. My pup was so happy with her too, you can tell she was in great hands. Will be coming back to groom her here again !

I only get my dog groomed there and I only use Shery…. She is amazing and sweet especially with my pet. Love her and will not go anywhere else as long as she’s there…

Jamie, the store manager for petsmart is very rude! She literally rolled her eyes at me, yelled and left without letting me explain what is going on.

Took my dog to get groomed, forgot his rabies certificate and they refused to see him. I told them I would pick it up and show them proof and wouldn’t budge. Total waste of time. Taking my service else where 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️👎🏽

Terrible customer service, I was calling very calmly and politely to ask about my hamsters cage because they had escaped once about a month ago and again yesterday. I just wanted to see if we could find a solution but they were so quick to put the blame on me and get me off the phone. And during the first phone call the person just hung up the phone on me mid call. Dont waste ur time with them they are very defensive and short tempered

I love this petsmart. They taking care of animals and you know that their crickets are fresh for your reptiles. Many stuffs that you can find.

Good products but if youre in there after the store closes they will not tell you nor help you with the things you are trying to buy. Before they messed up by not being thorough enough in their store, an employee was very helpful. However, it was heavily tainted when they helped us out but failed to tell us, while helping us, they were closed.

Today was my 1st time in this location and Honestly Sarah was extremely helpful and nice in helping me pick out a hamster for a Christmas gift. She helped me and informed me with the right information, and direction in purchasing our new little guy. I also interacted with their cashier employee Danielle I am hoping I got her name correct. Went for a curbside pickup after Chewy.com ran out of my prescription cat food. Phone kept ringing and ringing. Had to physically go into the store and hunt down an employee to help. Really convenient curbside pick up...

Go this Pet Smart all the time. Purchased a fish and when I got home and had it acclamated with my tank it had died in the water. So I netted it out and next day returned with no hassle, first time I had returned a fish. Staff was awesome no hesitation, no hassle in the returning. Manager was very responsive in making , I as the customer was happy. Pet Smart should be happy to have someone in charge of their store that knows how to keep the customers satisfied and happy. I will always go Pet Smart.

Cashier was extremely RUDE. Best part.. manager was sitting inside the office and obviously heard the troll being rude. Of course .. said nothing to her. When I left I shouted out.. have a nice day too. If you dont like your job get a new one.

This is my pet bearded dragon we bought him 5 months ago along with his lights and tank accessories.He has grown significantly since we bought him and he is as healthy as the day we picked him out.They supply food for your pets and the employes are super helpful.I recommend this place if you want high quality accessories and food for your pet.They employees recommend some items for your pet and things do with them in some cases.

My puppy had an appointment with Niki C for a puppy hair cut and trim , Niki C called me and toldme my dog had a knot on her leg and said if i didn’t pay $78 for an adult dog haircut they would just shave it instead combing it out and left her with no hair on one leg . Then proceeded to tell my dad we don’t even comb her so there’s no need for us to get mad , we do comb her but since she is a puppy she starts biting down hard . The manager didn’t even help and was rude too . I don’t recommend coming here .

The staff there is phenomenal.First time there for a grooming appointment and the staff was super. Friendly and definitely animal lovers. The staff in the store was awesome too. One of the managers helped me find the perfect harness for my little guy even checking the stock room. All around definitely recommend it.

One of the groomers gave me an attitude because of the collar I use on my Doberman. Now I wouldnt have wrote this review if my obedient puppy wasnt attacked by a bull nose terrier earlier in the store and no one said boo to the owner. Thank goodness my pup didnt get bit. To top it off the groomer told me if my pup comes back in with an e-collar they will not groom her. No problem because I wont be back. Not to mention no where does it state my pup isnt allowed to wear an e-collar. For the same price I can give my money to a small business groomer that will take good care of my furbaby without being in fear of being but by an untrained dog.

DO NOT ever buy fish from this store! Not only will you be wasting your money but you will kill all of the fish you currently have in your tank. This has happened to me 4x in a matter of months!! The fish all appear to have dropsy This has NEVER happened when I buy fish from an aquarium store. Their water is contaminated and if not contaminated, MOST certainly not maintained! I will never purchase another fish from this store and I advise all to do the same

I wish they included the prices to adopt the kittens. The dog lessons are very loud and it hurts my ears if i happen to visit around this time. I like looking at the animals but some of the cages/display where they are in are very dirty- which makes me concerned.

Diane is the absolute best trainer. The whole staff is awesome in every department too but we love Diane. So lucky to have my baby girl learn from her.

My goto place when I need dog or cat supplies. The Banfield vet services seem to be priced a little high. I would shop around for a more affordable vet.

The employees at this location are friendly and interact with all the dogs that enter the store. However, I am concerned about the well being of the fish they bring into this store. The comet goldfish are kept in extremely cramped conditions where they can even move. The beta fish are injected with glow and kept in tiny containers. PetSmart should not be supporting this cruel industry. These fish need ample amount of room to swim and they shouldn’t be subjected to being dyed a glow color for the selfishness of humans to look at.

The store needs more attention, more sales personell.I tried for almost 15 min someone to help me, nobody on the sales floor.The cashier was overwhelmed and not helpful.😩

Awesome store with great managers and associates. The store is very clean and organized, the staff is very helpful and they have a big variety of products for all types of animals... even crickets for my Bearded dragon!

I must say that I was really surprised when I went on a night when they closed at 7 PM. I needed a last minute item. I raced there and arrived about 2 minutes to closing. I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off shopping as quickly as I could because I didnt want the employees to be upset. I finally asked an employee for help at 7 PM and he was really nice like if they were open all night and happy to chat with a customer at closing time. The cash register person was really nice and even asked if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program even though it was like 7:01 PM and was so surprised that employees would be so nice even after closing time. The doors werent even locked after I left as I saw another person walking in to shop. Many places at closing time the employees dont smile/are as nice anymore and are rushing to get customers to exit. I was really surprised. I apologize to those employees for getting there so late however, kudos to you guys for being so nice even so close/after closing time! Would definitely recommend this store!

Petsmart is the best pet grooming facility whom cares for every pet they provide services for by giving them a Happy Birthday shout out every year and a progress report after each visit. They have a caring and professional staff. I simply love & respect Petsmart.

Great place for anything for pets!

I was impressed by how bad the fish tanks were, many had dead fish, the amount was not normal and it seemed that they had several days like this, PetSmart should be more responsible with the fish section!

The reason I dislike the store is bcuz I had an emergency for my dog n the doc just told me that my dog havent gone to see him in 4 yrs., but thats bcuz I take him to Petco..n he didnt even recommend anything over the counter for his cold..n thats why I dislike the store...if u cant show love for my baby then Im not going to show love for u either...lol...

The aquarium section was greatly out of stock of many common fish plus several aquariums contained quite a few dead fish. Overall the place look dirty. The staff members immediately vanished after answering just one question

I want to cry ! I 5 month old Pomeranian went in for a hair cut and they shaved all her hair and said it was because she was moving too much ( a 4 pound puppy) and NOT only that, they SHAVED 2 of her WHISKERS off ! It’s just HORRIBLE ! I called the manager and he said that it’s not theirs fault , but yet a POMERANIAN has special cut and they don’t know that .

I went in today, 2/28/20 to get both of my dogs nails cut. There were 2 hispanic girls. One, the shorter one was great with my Schnoodle. The other taller one seemed like she didnt know what she was doing, and she stressed out my Yorkie. I have never had this experience with my Yorkie, ever. When I got home, I look at her nails and they were long, she had only cut the very tip of her nails. I am so upset about this. If you go in, do yourself a favor and skip this taller girl. Never again will I go in there. I wish I had gotten her name.

Open on Sunday, get in get out. Plenty of dog stuff to buy. Easy parking. Great staff!

I like this petsmart I went there to buy some bird food and their staff is so helpful. I learned a lot with them. One of my bird was very sick I thought he would die but I took my bird there and one of them told me that he had parasites he gave me a medicine to mix it with water for 7 days.. I’m so glad because my Bird now is so strong and very cute color. He looks so healthy thanks to their help.

This store has a huge variety of animal supplies. Some things you cant even find anywhere else. Some stuff is a little pricey though.
