Now my data mobile is slow and i am really frustrated to the point that I am going to switch to another company if my issue doesnt get fix soon anytime soon. this guy has no idea of what he is talking about he is a scamer. Great experience today at the local Garfield Verizon store. I was greeted by Gordon at the door very polite and knew what exactly I needed. Didn’t try to over sell just what I needed. Shawn was phenomenal! Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I had actually gone to a different Verizon store beforehand and was very upset at how little the representative wanted to help and how much I felt like I was pulling teeth to get any answer out of him. Visited this store to pick up a router I purchased over the internet, and to drop off a DVR box. An associate offered his help as soon as I entered the store, and took care of my business with superb efficiency. The store is nice and cozy and well organized. The router that I picked up came in a tidy fabric bag - a nice touch.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. In fact, I did not receive any service. Because of these services, I have to change this company, which I have been using for many years.I went to change the remote control and got the answer (that I have to do it online and I have to pay for it.) He said that without any respect and immediately turned to the other side, saying nothing more.Shame!!!

I had to go back 3 times to ask why they didnt fix their mistake.And every time with the same excuse the business manager is on the call , we will call you , never called back . And it took me 5 min to do it myself with customer service and getting all my refund. Bad service for new customer.

The sales individuals were very amiable, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me out. They were extremely friendly and curtious. Everyone disinfected their stations after each customers visit. Overall. I had very pleasant experiences on the two occasions that I was there.

My mom and I visited this location to upgrade 3 phones and returned hardware, I cant say enough good things about the great customer service we received. Our sales rep, Shawn was very helpful and made sure we knew all the details of our new plan as well as our new devices.Things are different due to covid so make sure before trying to open the door you read the sign posted out front with instructions for a virtual check in line. In the time we were there so many people continuously ignored this sign, and complained about waiting outside due to the cold and were extremely rude to the other workers for this reason. Guess what? If you Check in as instructed and wait in your car, You wont be cold! It really is that simple, you will get a text message when its your turn to enter the store. Despite so many rude clients the staff never once broke from a polite and professional manner and continued to provide excellent service.

At this moment have been on telephone with multiple people and they informed me all I need to do is return my cable box with no appointment they wouldn’t even have to see me. after I check in speak to another representative I was told that they physically had to see I can just drop equipment off. Then I asked BRANDON if I can have his managers card he said NO he will not provide me with his card because that is his personal cellphone and he will not know when he will be in store. What kind of manager is that they had no one to handle issues not even a supervisor. Manager name MICHAEl is not available for anyone I’m assuming. Worst WORST costumer service

I went to Verizon to swap out some old fios boxes for the new ones. I got there around 5:15. The actual customer service number that I called during the day messed up some where and forgot to file a claim. I was extremely enraged that they had screwed up something so simple. Gordon Brown the sales associate sat with me until past closing to help me get this disaster taken care of! Amazing customer service on his behalf. Honestly if it wasn’t for him sitting with me for so long to resolve the issue I was ready to cancel my service based on the way I was treated by the staff on the phone. Thank you Gordon for helping to resolve this issue. Next time I need anything at all I will be stopping by the store to deal with you personally!!

If I can give no stars at all I would. Terrible service to say the least. I came right before they opened, employees wouldn’t allow me in the store until they actually had breakfast! At that time it was 10-15min after opening hours. Every Verizon store operates at 50% capacity not sure why this Victra location only allows 1 customer in at a time. Worst customer experience by far.

I had to activate new phone I purchased on line. Store representative said he cant activate the phone because the phone did not have a IMEI number. I asked can you please call Verizon tech support and ask. He said Im Verizon this is not a Verizon phone and I cant activate it. The phone is a Motorola Edge plus A VERIZON EXCLUSIVE PHONE. I went outside and called tech support who instructed me to put 5 digits in the keypad and the IMEI number magically appeared. A simple google search by the employee would have saved a lot of time and aggravation.

I returned my Verizon rental router because I purchased my own router. All I asked to do was to return the equipment and get a receipt.Instead, Conrad disconnected my entire Verizon account and he did not even notify me that he was doing it. I never requested to disconnect service. Nor did he inform me that he was doing it. He has no right to disconnect my account and not even tell me he is doing it. The receipt he gave me only reflected an equipment return. It was very shady. When I got home, I saw there was no internet service and I received an email that confirmed my service was immediately disconnected.The Garfield store is unwilling to respond to fix error.Verizon said the change is irreversible!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Employee is not helpfull and poor knowledge about deals, if we didnt say we got deal from other store he was going to charge $200 more for transfers..We came to open new business account and transfer 2 lines from other provider but he doesnt know exactly deals.. also we came to help one of our friend who has poor English.But the employee was unrespectfully behavior for us.. never come again!! If you have poor English, dont come!! To be insult!!

I have bought phones elsewhere, and gotten help if I had an issue with the phone. But this place, forget about it. You buy a phone here and they couldnt help with my issue, pathetic. I shouldnt have to rely on Google or YouTube for help. I can see I got the lady upset when I returned for help. Whatever. Go elsewhere to buy a phone from verizon, not here. Or ask if they know about their phones before you buy, or youre going to the Internet for help.

The guy was not helpful at all, he didn’t explain anything about the internet plan we were trying to get, was as if mocking us with his smirks and one word aswers. We were just trying to set up a router for our new place and figure out what makes the difference in price and his only aswer about this was” that is just how things are”. I would rather traver much further to another verizon to set it up than talk to him again, definitely made me feel unwelcomeand upleasant.

Terrible service, I just wanted to change 3 old boxes for new ones and a young man named kevin attended me, he reviewed my order and told me that he could not change the boxes because a technician is needed, call customer service and they told me that no technician is needed at the end This man did not help at all, he simply said that his system said that he never offered help or apologies, he was very arrogant
