When I spoke with owner she seemed very confident that they can do the cleaning on my house. The price was reasonable for a professional cleaning service and Marta was very pleasant. They did a good job with the windows and were very nice girls. But, the girls who came to clean are very young and do not seem to be professionals. I saw how they dust surfaces and clean the floors and it was very fast and not thorough. When Marta asked me about the service after it was done, I told her they did not pay enough attention to detail and she said it’s becuase it’s a lot of work. I understand it’s a large house and a lot of work but that is the point of doing the walkthrough and if it’s too much for 2 people then she should have arranged for 3 people to come. Or alternatively I would have paid more money for them to stay longer but actually do a thorough and professional job. Also I heard constant banging from the vacuum hitting my furniture and walls. Overall I would say it was good and I’m happy I didn’t have to clean myself but there is definitely room for improvement.

We ordered a general cleaning and dry cleaning of the sofa and mattress before moving into a rented apartment. We are satisfied with the result, they cleaned everything outside and inside the cabinets / equipment with high quality, took out the trash, after cleaning the apartment, the feeling of cleanliness. We hired New Jersey Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning on a home we purchased and renovated and they did not disappoint. The bathroom in particular needed a good scrub all around and we were impressed with the quality of their work. Marta, head of the company, had come by to do a walk through beforehand to give us an estimate and she was attentive to our needs and provided an estimate that was accurate down to the time the cleaning would take. Found them on the web had a rental property that the tenants left dirty and needing a deep clean... Marta was a few minutes early for our walk through (always a good sign). She was very professional and we outlined the project. She stated she would have a quote to me within 30 minutes and she delivered. I had 2 other services scheduled to quote as well... The prices are a little high (emphasize the word little), but its totally worth it. I had them come every other week on Mondays (they tend to offer discounts on Mondays) and they were always great and professional and helpful. I was able to joke with them and (unless the regular crew was on vacation) had the same lead woman for 2 years. There were a few times when I had to point out a few things specifically, but they were more than happy to take care of it. I always had them change my sheets as well. They are happy to use whatever products you would like, or they can provide their own. The owner, Marta, always texted me to confirm the appointment and let me know what time they would be there (it fluctuated sometimes). They not only took my garbage out, but also took out all of my recycling too. Im sorry to not be able to use them anymore (Im relocating), but I really cant say enough about this team!

Completely unprofessional!!! Spoke to a woman Marta to make consultation appt. for cleaning service of my home. She reassured me they had crew to handle 4000sq ft. Upon arrival to my home I took her up and down 3 flights of stairs (I’m 9.5 months pregnant) she asked how often I needed cleanings and said she with be in touch with her quote after the weekend. She never called. When I reached out a few days after that she said she “was driving” and would call right back. Well she never did. Not even to let me know it was too much work for them. Do not hire these ppl if you expect professionalism and follow through
