On Christmas Eve, several of our shingles flew off our roof and my family and I were in need of an immediate roof installation. Called on a Sunday night after a wind storm. They came out same day to quote the repair. We had a tarp and nails from our own attempt to prevent a leak and they battened down the hatches as another storm was expected. They did this as courtesy before I even agreed to the quote. Monday they had someone out to complete the repair for a very fair price. They did the extra steps of inspecting the rest of the roof and doing a minor fix to a missing shingle on a bay window that wasnt even part of the quote. Can even tell where we were missing shingles. Fast, responsive, and professional.

Set up an estimate for last Saturday. Guy came and gave me a ridiculous estimate. Was expecting no more than 500 but he hit me with 3200. I think he was the owner. He Called me the following Saturday asking if I have an appointment for that day. I told him he was out already and gave me the estimate already. He then berated me for trying to cancel that appointment. Told him again that he was already here and gave me an estimate. He didn’t listen and told me I should have called to cancel. Told him again that I didn’t have an appointment and didn’t appreciate this call. He begrudgingly apologized. Terrible business practice. Thankfully didn’t use them. I think their organization and customer service needs help.
